IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! Stay clear of this company like the plague! Have returned $360 worth of shapewear and they have not refunded one cent! I have sent numerous emails and they do not reply! I have pages and pages of proof that I have now forwarded to my bank to chase up my money! I’m going to do whatever I can to warn other people!!! DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! ITS TOTAL AND UTTER FRAUD!!!! I have reached out through instagram as well and they just do not respond!!! Keep your money in your pocket!!!!

Purchased multiple items but they never arrived. Sent countless emails but no response. It's a scam please be warned.

Inte fått varorna på en månad. Får bara besked om att jag kommer att få trackingnummer när de skickats, men inget besked om när det kommer skickas.

Op 2 juni heb ik een bestelling geplaatst van €88. We zijn nu 2 weken later en ik heb nog steeds niks ontvangen. Meerdere keren gemaild en nog steeds geen reactie. Omdat ik eerder bij hun heb besteld heb ik jammer genoeg bij deze bestelling geen reviews gecontroleerd.
Blijkbaar hebben ze sinds afgelopen jaar niks meer geleverd.

This bellafit is a scam. I'm having a bad experienced as well. My item was delivered late and I return because the item but didn't get my refund. The police need to know about this scammers.

Is there a company that looks out for us so we can get our money refunded?

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered over $340 at 4 th Jan 2025 I cannot contact them it states the store DOES NOT EXIST, paid using Afterpay so have lodged an inquiry as goods not sent and they have ghosted me completely do not order anything unless you like throwing money down the drain. Also tried to message via their instagram again store non existent

Ik heb mijn jurk die ik ruim een maand geleden heb besteld nooit ontvangen. Er wordt ook niet gereageerd op de email die ik heb gestuurd.

Bestellung nach einem Monat nicht angekommen, keine Lösung durch den Kundendienst.

Qualität ist ok. Nachdem sie gleizeitig die Preise im letzten Monat um 30% erhöht haben (z.B. von 80€ Bodysuit auf 110€) finde ich es frech praktisch keinen Kundensupport zu haben. Für die Qualität bestelle ich das nächste mal lieber bei Amazon für den halben Preis und besseren Support.

Ik heb vaker besteld en geen enkel probleem gehad tot laatst. Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst op 31 juli. Order 56428, hiervan heb ik een bevestiging ontvangen, in eerste instantie wou ik de bestelling annuleren omdat deze niet op tijd geleverd zou worden. Ik heb een mail hierover verstuurd, nu 1 maand later nog geen gehoor en bovendien is mijn bestelling niet eens geleverd. Ik wil mijn geld terug.

This company is a scan. DO NOT order.,they took money and then advised could not deliver on time. Offered a refund through Instagram which you had to sign up for. I’ve tried to contact them with no response to a refund. Definitely do not order despite all the advertising and they continue to advertise on Facebook. I don’t believe the review either. Complete thieves.

They took my money over two weeks ago but haven't sent my order. They do not reply to emails. Bellafit are thieves. Good reviews are suspect.

This is a scam. They continuously send you a tracking number but it’s not linked to anything.

Ein bitterer Nachgeschmack bleibt. Ich habe bei Bella fit 19 Artikel bestellt und aufgrund einer allergischen Reaktion alle retourniert. Der Prozess war von Anfang an ein Albtraum: Zuerst wurde mir kein Retoureschein bereitgestellt, dann musste ich auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden. Das Schlimmste? Bella fit konnte anscheinend nicht alle 19 Artikel korrekt zählen und behauptet, nicht alle erhalten zu haben. Nun stehe ich mit einer offenen Rechnung von 196 € da. Klarna, als Zahlungsanbieter, war auch keine Hilfe und verwies lediglich auf ihre AGBs. Es ist erschreckend, wie unprofessionell und unaufrichtig sowohl Bella fit als auch Klarna in dieser Angelegenheit waren. Mein Rat: Meidet Bella fit und überlegt euch zweimal, ob ihr mit Klarna bezahlen möchtet.

Lämnade tillbaka 3 produkter. De svarar mig inte på kundtjänst längre och de har inte återbetalat mig trots att mina produkter blev tillbaka skickade för flera veckor sedan.

Kundtjänst skulle hjälpa mig att se till att återbetalningen gjordes innan sista betalningsdag på min faktura. Så fort sista dagen gått och jag var tvungen att betala min faktura så har jag inte längre fått svar från Bella Fits kundtjänst.

I ordered a madeline shapewear bodysuit S. I got it pretty fast, but it was too big. The material was nice, but it didn't fit well around my boobs. Normally I have a C70, but the S didn't fit. There was also this part between your legs that you could open to go to the toilet, but it was way to big and stiff, so it really hurt whenever just standing still with your legs. Normally you have a piece with 2 buttons, this one had 3.

When I returned it I got my money back very fast, but I did have to pay a tax to send it back.
