All the staff here are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to manage deliveries on my behalf on a regular basis.
The facilities are new and well maintained. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Be very careful of every charge/date/contractual term used
Not a great experience at all.
It ended up costing me much more than it should have I feel. I was in the unit less than 2 months and nothing was every made vey clear at all from all levels of the business.
Be aware of and get full clarity in writing for :
-Leaving dates and 14 days notice period there could be catches.
- Exact charge calculation for above.
-Mid month discount dates and when applies
- Exact charge calculation for above.
-Insufficient notice dates
Charges for above if you leave early despite the unit being available for reletting.
- Insurance costs non refundable - so a months charge for example despite you only being there for 2 days out of 30 days.

Everything about this company was incredible. The storage was clean, the perfect size for my needs and super safe. The staff, in particular Sean and Rhys, were amazing. The self storage is really self storage, went in yesterday to get my stuff out with no hustle, no need to call anyone which is nice. I love their 24hour access too. Great place to store your items, everything was as i left it, no damages at all. Thanks so much guys

This is the first time I have used Belfast Storage at Kennedy Way. Staff were friendly, polite, and very efficient when I was enquiring about storage space. Today my things were delivered to Belfast Storage and I immediately received a phone call informing me that the delivery went well and asked was there anything else they could do for me. I can’t state highly enough about my experience. I had called in previously and found Rebecca very helpful. Then my house sale fell through. Fast forward until a week ago and my sale is back on so I popped into see Rebecca again. She explained everything so well.
