Ordered product.One came then second was a gooey mess in bottle so called for replacement which i got after awhile.Charged me for 3 so far but only got two! Then they cancelled my prescripton which I am happy about but will keep looking for refund and will NEVER use again.Better not rip me off in future.Trying to warn all on this site, fb,BBB etc.Cheaters
FAKE PRODUCT! Check the back of your Astaxanthin packet!!! Mine has multiple spelling mistakes, and the wording does not even make sense. When I emailed Belano and demanded a refund they did not hesiate to promise me one - no denial that is was not counterfit product! Refund has not appeared, funny that!
I will be reporting them to the TGA and my bank (I have emails from Belano Customer Service and pictures of the packet with the spelling mistakes)

Would give no stars if I could,didn’t receive the product first time and still waiting,then realised they had charged for a subscription which I couldn’t cancel as it stated page not found.i did receive the second time and managed to cancel the subscription but still waiting for the product from 9th dec and have asked for a refund which they are ignoring me! Having looked at the item astaxanthin which I know a lot about it’s either fake or very diluted so do not buy from this company as you’re throwing money down the drain!!!!
AVOID! I made an order, I did not subscribe and they started to take out money the following month. I emailed and asked them to cancel and then again this month they have tried to take money again. I’ve had to contact my bank to get it stopped. Would give no stars if I could. AVOID!!
This company takes monthly payments off you without consent , when they took my payment the second time I contacted them and they said we will cancel your subscription .. even although I had clicked one time only .. they are deceiving and I will be looking for my money back as I don’t need 6 months worth of vitamins . Avoid using them . Wish I had read reviews
Really good product (astaxanthin) & I found customer services to be very quick replying to a query about my subscription and the issue I had was dealt with in a very prompt, professional and friendly manner.
I would certainly recommend Belano to anyone my experience has been excellent.
Deceptive marketing. Likely fake reviews. Country of manufacture difficult to determine and not transparently stated on website. A trademark filing in the U.S. links the “Belano Astaxanthin” mark to a company called Shenzhen Huanjie Technology Co., Ltd., which is based in Shenzhen, China — suggesting that the brand or at least its trademark owner is associated with a Chinese company. Product I ordered was shipped from China. Would have sourced from a more reliable country of manufacture had I known.
I would never have ordered this product had I realised it was being shipped from China.
I have been trying to contact someone/anyone to cancel more orders. I seem to be on a subscription which I did not sign up to.
All my emails and messages have been ignored. The link on the website to cancel does NOT work.
Appalling customer service with such bad communication that it amounts to a scam.
