I cashed out yesterday for $13 and I didn't receive my money. I emailed customer service and I didn't receive any response.

I redeemed a small amount on July 16 through paypal and as of today it still hasn't gone through. Even though it says "delivered" on my history. The paypal method has to be fixed guys...

Be waiting month and a half after promises of extra 5.00 on early June and 2.weeks ago have a promise of 2 to 3 days. And now..no emails back ..emailed 16.times one day and still no 5.00! Customer service is none existent and they also try to say PayPal is out for a week every 6 months but they sure send it when you tell them your partner got theirs when they lied to you! These people are worse than ever! sswise

Surveys dried up for 2 months very inexplicably and suddenly. Fine, I'm not entitled to get surveys. But I am entitled to get a modicum of help, so I messaged their support email (both directly and through the website) to ask if my account was in good standing and if there was a technical issue. No reply. No replies to weekly follow-up requests for answers. No acknowledgment of any kind other than an automated email asking me to verify email. Finally, sent a message requesting to terminate my account and most importantly my personal data, as is my right according to their own policy. Again, zero acknowledgment. Rude, incompetent, ridiculous behavior. At least I have Prolific, which actually pays well.

This USED to be a decent survey panel. Well, that has gone out the window. They seem to have hatched a new scheme to take advantage of members time in lieu of paying them for it. In March, I signed up for a month long daily diary study that promised a "bonus" well north of $100 for spending the time on it. The only caveat was you had to complete at least 50% of the daily invites. To add to the complexity, each invite was only live for one hour from the time it was sent. To add to that complexity, the invites came at all random times and never the same....some early in the morning, some late in the evening, and various random times thru out the day. You literally had to babysit your inbox all day every day to have any chance of completing them. Almost as if they were trying to make it virtually impossible to meet the stated goal. Unhindered, I religiously monitored my daily inbox to complete as many as humanly possible and after a long stressful month, managed to complete 84% of them while missing out on the other 16%. This required many hours of effort once the month was tallied up. One month passed, and no word on my hard earned reward. I contact their customer service and am issued a curt reply several days later saying the payments run 3 to 4 weeks behind as they "validate the responses" So..OK...I wait three more weeks and then contact them again.....crickets....no reply at all. I contact them again a third time and I get sent the following: "My apologies! Our records indicate that you didn't finish enough surveys. The minimum is to finish 50% of the surveys provided." Nice SCAM forthright. You glean hours of my valuable time for an entire month then simply say "sorry, you did not qualify for the bonus" Makes me wonder how many folks they took advantage of with this same SCAM. They call it a "bonus" so they can say there was never a dollar amount promised.....just a random reference to "a bonus of well over $100 if you somehow manage to complete them all, with 50% needed to qualify for a payment. I should have known better. Vague from the beginning, the deck stacked against you to try and complete them the entire month. Then crickets for weeks after the activity concluded. They NEVER had any intention of honoring this. Period. The way it was set up, I have no way to prove my participation either. Just the daily email invites I saved which in themselves prove nothing. They knew this when they set it up that way. Bottom line is they scammed hours of my time over an entire month with no intention of ever paying for that time.

Have been trying to contact Forthright for days. I participated in the Gen Agents Study and have not been credited with $60 they promised. I will wait a little longer as they are usually reliable about payments. The $60 was credited to my account today. Honest company

They owe me 2 payouts as of yesterday. I think by becoming scammers now.

What a relief! It's another company working with higher education doing studies, which are much different than surveys.
Just read the questions and pay attention throughout, and you will earn. PLUS! They do have a bonus system. Read that carefully as well, so you know what you need to do and what you can expect.

I love beforthright surveys, however I haven't received my $3.75 payment to PayPal from completing their survey yesterday. It's a good site to get rewarded for taking surveys, but I'm concerned about this issue.

I like doing the beForthright surveys because they will pay you, they don't close them if you're doing too many surveys, but be careful of the partner surveys. Partner surveys will let you start doing the survey and then kick you out after you give them some information that they wanted...

I have been a participant on Forthright for years, and this is the first time I have ever experienced a payment issue.

I completed the study enrollment task and installed the browser extension as required, based on the written promise of an immediate enrollment payout. At the final step, I received a technical error instead of a payment confirmation, and the money never appeared in my account.

I contacted support multiple times and attached screenshots showing the advertised immediate incentive, the payout error screen, and my account history reflecting no credit. Despite this, the same representative repeatedly responded with a generic statement that “records indicate it was credited,” without providing a transaction ID, timestamp, or any visible record in my account.

Even when I emailed the company directly in an attempt to escalate, the same representative continued to reply, preventing the matter from being reviewed by anyone else.

What should have been a simple technical fix turned into days of back and forth with no evidence provided that payment was ever issued. I am not upset about the amount. I am concerned about how a documented payout error was dismissed despite proof being submitted and despite the study clearly advertising immediate payment.

I hope Forthright improves its escalation process and provides transparent verification when payment disputes arise.

To clarify for anyone reading, I already contacted Forthright directly before posting this review at the exact same email address posted in their response to this review, and provided my account information, screenshots, and documentation multiple times.

The issue has not been lack of cooperation on my end. The issue has been receiving repeated generic responses stating that my account was credited, without any transaction ID, timestamp, or visible record in my account, despite proof showing a payout error and no deposit.

I also attempted to escalate by emailing the company directly, yet the same representative continued to respond rather than transferring the matter for independent review.

I am not seeking publicity. I am seeking a transparent resolution supported by verifiable proof or correction of the missing reward.

I will update this review if the issue is fully resolved.

Did a week long study and haven’t been paid and now they won’t email back.

I recently requested a withdrawal from my account on October 1, 2025, and October 14, 2025, but I haven’t received the payment yet.

i havent even got my $3 gift card on september 1st i emailed them over and over havent got answer from customer service just wondered what going on

I am so pissed off with beforthright their support is terrible, I sent them an email on the 8th of August about a tango gift card that I accidentally sent to the wrong email that I don’t have access to since onmail shutdown in July of 2025 I was hoping that beforthright could resend it another email. Well it’s been a whole month since I sent them a email today September 11th by the way I just got an email back from beforthright saying that they can’t resend it to another email since apparently it successfully sent to my onmail email it should not have successfully sent onmail is shutdown !!!!!!!!! What the heck beforthright!!! I am no longer will be using beforthright for earning money this is the last straw support takes to dam long to respond when there is something wrong. I should have contacted Tango support sooner because Tango is more competent and actually helps unlike beforthright I just contacted Tango I am waiting on am email from them that will be sent to my working gmail hopefully Tango can help with me getting my dam gift card that beforthright owe me. I tried to be patient and understanding with beforthright but I done this is unacceptable beforthright do better oh and apparently updating the website and not telling your customers is more important then working on support and fixing PayPal pay out it’s been a whole dam month I would have not been in this mess if PayPal didn’t take 2 to 3 days to pay I need the 52 dollars for groceries I don’t mind waiting days for a payment but I needed the money sooner unfortunately.

I like how you recieve compensation even if you are turned down and the surveys pay well. Give it a try

Pay out cost is really simple and the payout amount are above average. However, the consistency of the disqualified or screamed out is high

Over the past decade I've been a part of many different survey panels. Out of all of them, this one is the only one I continue to use. Forthright is simple to use and they are very straightforward with the compensation system. They have a loyalty system that is unique to them. In general, they are less "scammy" than some over panels I've been in. They have been the best balance of reward and respect of my time.
