I can't get to the show because covid…

I can't get to the show because covid 19.
The company can not cancel my ticket Although they still don't sent me the E-Ticket.
Lots of question marks about them.
In the end, I pay a lot of money for nothing.

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant. Fantastic customer service. Quick to respond. I told them I couldn’t download my tickets. They responded within the hour saying I had actually downloaded them and they were in my file, which they were. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service

I had a query about delivery of tickets which I had purchased for my grand daughter's birthday. The response was extremely prompt. A full update was provided and I really felt they cared. Excellent customer service

Never received tickets

I never received my tickets after traveling from the US to attend a show in the UK. Company provided delivery details that did not correspond to the Royal Mail tracking information. I will never use a service like this again.

We have investigated this issue further with your hotel and they have confirmed in writing that the tickets were handed over to you on Monday 4th October.

We find your review an inaccurate account of events and particularly disappointing given the extra efforts and customer care that we went to, to ensure that you received your tickets for the event due to your travel from the US.

We have looked into the history of events leading up to your review which we have outlined below.

We were in regular communication with you in the run up to your departure to the UK for the event, advising that due to the late availability of the tickets, the safer option would be to deliver them to a trusted address in the UK.

Your tickets were dispatched to the hotel address you provided on Thursday 30th September and delivered and signed for on Friday 1st October. We advised you that the tickets were on the way once dispatched, and provided you the tracking details at that point. Once they were delivered you were also sent an update confirming this.

When you checked into the hotel on Monday 4th October you sent us a message to say that the hotel could not find your tickets. We responded to your message immediately with the relevant recipient details, tracking links and advising you to check with the hotel staff who was on duty at the time. We did not hear back from you subsequent to that message. Having not heard from you, we made two attempts to contact the hotel, the second of which we spoke with a member of staff who confirmed to us that your tickets had been found and given to you.

We have not had any contact from you since indicating that you did not have your tickets.

We have contacted your hotel again today, Wednesday 6th October via telephone and they have confirmed that the tickets were handed over to you on Monday subsequent to your last communication to us. They have confirmed this in writing to us as well.

As this does not reconcile with your review we request that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss this further or that you update your review to reflect the true nature of events.

My tickets haven't arrived and I'm 2 days away from event

Everything has gone smoothly so far, I ordered Centeral Cee tickets but I'm 2 days away from my event and I haven't received my tickets yet.

We are sorry about the late availability of tickets for this event. The timing of ticket release is outside of Beeyay's control however and is down to the primary distributor. We actively monitor all delivery deadlines and we worked with your seller to get your tickets to you as soon as they were available.

Thank you for updating your review with your order number. Our support team has looked into this for you and contacted your seller. They have advised that they are still waiting to receive the tickets from their primary point of purchase. We have provided this update to you directly via our website and email.

As previously advised, the timing of ticket release is down to the primary ticket distributors and is outside of our control. Tickets are sometimes not released until the week of the event. We are seeing the late availability of tickets across many events including this one, but we have no reason to believe there will be any issue with your order.

I spent £66 on each asking alexandria…

I spent £66 on each asking alexandria ticket thinking that was the normal price and then I went on other sites and they are £29. Absolute robbery.

Beeyay is a two-way ticket marketplace. We do not set the prices ourselves, instead our customers (both buyers and sellers) can set their own price for their tickets. Prices will fluctuate with supply and demand, but the face value of the tickets is shown throughout the purchase process. For some events where demand is high prices may exceed face value.

Thank you for your feedback.

Your tickets were transferred to you on the 4th September, 8 days prior to the event. We sent you full instructions on how to receive the tickets in to your Ticketmaster account at the time.

You did not contact us reporting any issues receiving your tickets and we only became aware of any issue when you left this review on Trustpilot.

We are aware of various issues with Ticketmaster transfers leading up to the event and by the time you left the review, Ticketmaster had disabled transfers for all attendees. All of these Ticketmaster issues were outside of our control.

Despite this we were able to contact your seller to provide QR codes for you to access the event.

We have not had a response from you to any of our communications and we have not heard that you have had any issues accessing the event. We would appreciate if you could get in contact with us directly or update your review to reflect your experience.

We enjoyed seeing Tom Jones at Earlham…

We enjoyed seeing Tom Jones at Earlham Park Norwich

However,
at no point was it mentioned how far the walk was from the park and ride
There was no clear signage on where to go to get to the venue
The stage lighting was so dark that you couldn’t see Sir Tom Jones on the stage
During the COVID-19 we were asked to que to pay for bar tokens then to re-Que for drinks???
On a good note the staff ensured that the venue was keep free from rubbish and the toilets clean
