I would give 6 stars if I could! Bee Property are just excellent. Rebecca works incredibly hard and goes the extra mile to make sure tenants are looked after. I moved in two months ago after a long time away from renting, and cannot fault the service. Every step of the process has been quick and thorough, and the moment I needed something it was sorted! The house is done to such a high standard that it instantly felt like home. I would highly recommend!!

The buying process in the UK is more complicated and it takes much longer time than in HK. However, on the other hand, this means it's more safe and secure.

I was amazed by the comprehensive database of the UK, from crime rate, flood risk, population structure to future development of the area around a property. You can easily figure out what a property is like even if you are not in the UK.

I was impressed by the UK house owner, who had repaired some utilities and cleaned the house before handing over to the buyer. He kept the agreement and signed the contract even though he had thought of pulling out of the sale.

Lastly, the most important thing is to have a trustworthy and experienced property agent to work with you. From viewing to completion and letting out, Bee Property has offered very professional advice and help, which all makes the transaction run efficiently and smoothly.
