Editing this review - after innumerable followups I finally got my refund today (18-Mar-25). Thanks for that.

I placed an order for Maracyn 2 for Rs1375 on 16-Feb-25 - no delivery no refund despite multiple followups over WA and email. never order from this website please - they are frauds. Order # 141567000012577

Worst service by these people. Ordered a substrate product on January 12th 2025. Today is February 5th. No product delivered. No updates. Phone switched off. No reply or response to emails and WhatsApp messages. I have filled a complaint with the national consumer forum. I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from these people. Fraudsters they are.

I have ordered 2 items from beenaaquarium.com on 12 December 2024. Today is 5 February 2025. Still the order status is processing. My order id is 141567000012269.
I tried calling and texting on the number provided in the website. No response whatsoever.
Please reply to my email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
This is the worst experience I had with an online shop.

17-02-2025, They refunded the money after so many whatsapp messages and calls. But the communication was polite. But the delay of refund was too much. Anyway I got the refund atlast.

There was no follow-up on the status of my order and no response to email even after I queried regarding the same.

One of the worst experience of my life buying online aquarium plants it's been one month they have not send my refund back as well they just are not professional.Do not buy any stuff from them .total waste and fraud

I received the product after 20 days, they neither communicate the shipping details nor receive calls or reply to messages. Packaging is good.

Never buy anything from this website, you will never get your order. I am also the victim of same and my order number is 141567000011765 still showing under processing. There is only one phone number they have provided and they will not pick up your call. I have logged cybercrime and fraud complaint and checking if anything can be done to arrest these people.

After repeated calls from my end, was able to speak only once. The reply was, product was out of stock, it's replenished, sending it ASAP, and sharing the tracking link.
Rest of the calls are auto reply sms, will call you back.... Well, the call back never came till date....
Received a WhatsApp message today. Asking we further of my patience. And, I did reply asking for a refund.
But, unfortunately for me, no response as yet....

So, what is the next course of action!!!!!!

Received product is good but the delivery is very very slow. I ordered hangon filter on 9th April 2024 and it was delivered on 23 April 2024. The website does not shows any order updates or tracking details. I had to call and email multiple times to get order updates. Never received any replies for emails.

Worst service ever. I ordered aquarium light on 28 March till date it is not delivered. Tried calling the helpline number but useless. I suggest don’t order and lose your hard earned money. #fake
