Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The bed is excellent quality and exactly what I was hoping for. Delivery was quick, smooth and very well organised, with great communication throughout.

Customer service is excellent, from pre sales to after care. Easy to contact by phone and text, & quick to respond. I bought an ottoman bed for the first time and wondered how difficult it would be to put together. Customer service assured me it would be straightforward - and it was. Easy to follow instructions. The delivery was on time and I was kept informed of the time it would arrive. The delivery guy was excellent. He carried the bed and large headboard up our steep drive cheerfully!! And finally the bed - perfect. Just what we wanted and it looks beautiful.

Absolutely over the moon with the two single ottoman beds I ordered. The quality is fantastic. I was expecting cheap flat pack not ready made and top quality. Love the bed amazing had a little scratch the company asked if i wanted it changed or some money back decided money back but for the price omg amazing comfortable and love the amount of storage the companys very quick with there responses and very helpfull delivery was within 2 days will recomment to friends and family.

What a great company!!! I bought my ottoman bed through Ebay amd from start to finish they were brilliant. Uber communicative and quick to respond to messages. Lots of checking to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Product arrived on the day and short time slot they said it would. Delivery driver was uber helpful. Product was well packaged,excellent quality and value for money.. Its rare that I get to praise a company this much as theres almost always something that isnt right. Not this time , everyrhing is spot on. Brilliant and thanks again!
