Wonderful, helpful team at Be Debt Free! All staff are very down to earth and never felt any guilt for explaining my circumstances. I first dealt with Olivia over WhatsApp who was very kind and helpful who put me in touch with Lewis Morgans. Lewis made me feel at ease throughout the whole time and gave me all the details I needed in order to find the best solution for me. I never felt rushed about making a decision and he was very accommodating when I needed to change my appointment phone call. I really appreciated the check ins before having my phone call to properly go through my with IVA and also that I know I can go back to him if I have any questions or concerns about it. Overall a great experience and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders by using Be Debt Free and particularly Lewis with all his knowledge and helpfulness! Great non judgemental service

Going to be honest felt I was getting out of a hole at long last when speaking to Debt Free, however they paused all my payments and entered me into an IVA, which was not approved, I have now got more creditors knocking at my door than before because at least before payments were halted I was making payments albeit minimal
