Couldn’t do enough
Couldn’t do enough. I accidentally ordered on line to pick them up instead of having it delivered. Sent email and they have posted the item to me, as the distance to pick them up was too far for me.

Excellent service - very happy
I bought a pair of replacement felts for my yamaha clavinova CLP930. I had bought this second hand, but the keys were very clunky and made sounds after being pressed. I received the felts quickly with a helpful printout in the package. I looked at some youtube videos and made the repair quickly one morning. My piano now plays like new again and I'm sure I will spend a lot of time enjoying it. Thanks for the excellent service.
