Their add indicates “guaranteed” returns or exchanges. They don’t tell you that despite their by 2 get one free they will only replace one item and the buyer must pay another $18.?? to ship it back china. Remember how long it took to receive your purchase? To complete the return you must wait for the overseas company to receive the item in their warehouse; then they will send the exchange at the buyer’s cost. It’s a raunchy deal given the”guaranteed” advertisement. By the time it the slow boat from China gets the item to your door it’s not worth the hassle.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO.!!! They're one of those China scammers that has NO acceptable return options. Communication attempts, emails are totally frustrating & useless! Even the 2 ph no's on their return info/site...Chicago & Maryland...are non-existent or wrong!! PA address means nothing! Shameful!!! Product takes forever to arrive. Sizing is all weird. I had 3 tanks w some kind of bra inserts...wonky & smothering (even as XL, normal is medium.)
Filed successful claim/dispute w bank. Sure hope they get reported! Everybody do your homework w these unknown, lying, scam co's, despite the pretty sites & words they market! Same goes for any of the 250th USA products...NOT what's shown!!

Ordered and got the product but needed to exchange for a different size..
Found out they want me to pay per item to exchange which ends up costing more than the originals. I think I'd like them if they fit, but the hassle they are putting me through is ridiculous when it said returns/exchanges were easy. Won't fall for it again.

I have trìedthe listed phone number ( is private home) and email (says invalid address) and cannot get touch with company . Product received in timely fashion BUT.

If ZERO was an option I would choose it. Against my wishes and many requests for cancellation and refund, some fools have shipped the unwanted order. Very poor customer service. Scammers.
