Because incontinence products are the only ones I use. After having a UTI for 6 months, I have tried all other pads without success. They either leak or cause severe irritation & infection. The incontinence underwear also cause the same issues, so I decided to trial Because products. The Because pads are the only ones that do not cause irritation or a UTI. The cleansing spray & barrier cream provide relief and protection from irritation. I have the pads & barrier cream on subscription for monthly delivery. They come very discretely packaged and fast! Being at grandchildren’s sporting events in a very rural part of the country, there is very seldom a bathroom to use. I am now looking forward to trialing the Because underwear with booster pads for these events. The web site is extremely easy to use and offers a wide variety of products

Thank you Because, for making a superior protection. Most other pads are either too big and feel like wearing a diaper, are too wide and the adhesive sticks to the side of my legs or, too small size to side so there are leaks. Because pads are by far superior to all others without being detected when wearing pants.

The Overnight plus the Boost allow me to lead an almost normal life. I have Multiple Sclerosis and one of the many conditions it has left me with is urinary incontinence and the lack of feeling. I don't know when I am urinating, which happens quite often, even when I time myself and go to the bathroom. Without my Because panties and Boost pads I would not venture out of my house. It is so nice to be able to have the product delivered to my home and the Customer Service is very helpful and very quick to respond. For years I used the "name brand" incontinence products and almost always had leakage. With Because I very very seldom have leakage.

You are prompt with your shipments. I have no other way of getting the pads, so it is a big help that they are shipped right to my door. I hope that you don't chang that.

I've been using your service for several years. Everything has been fine until recently when I wanted to add to my order. I couldn't get through on the phone so I sent an email message. I didn't get what I wanted.

Your phone associate failed to listen to a customer and the customer lost out on points. This has happened several times. I have been a faithful customer the past 4 years. Considering using another provider.

I decided to try your premium overnight underwear and booster pads. They kept me dry all night and I can go out without worrying about leaks. I'm 76 and have nerve damage due to 4 failed surgeries on my spine. Delivery is fast, prices are affordable, my favorite the bundles.

Their bladder items are excellent!!! I wear one while I sleep and 99% of the time I wake with no leakage. They ship on time as scheduled and their website is easy to navigate.

I thank you for asking my opinion on my experience with your company. I am glad that you do not remove me from your list of customers when I do not order new product every month. There was a time when someone ordered what they thought I might like and charged my debit card for the cost of the products. It turned out to be items I could not use and that I ended up giving away. That is my only negative complaint. It was helpful to talk directly to a human when I needed help with using some bonus points.

They send your order on time ,their product absorbs more than the ones in the store and you don't have to be embarrassed standing in line running into someone you know. I have been ordering from them for 8 years,never been disappointed.

This review is second hand. I order this for my sister who is bed bound in a trailer. It's been over a year . She uses the XXlge. I also order her the extra absorbent overnight pads.
I order a Quantity of 6 pks of 10 pull ups and 4 pks of pads.
My complaint is the company's policy regarding using the earned points.(only allowed to use 10 per order) Therefore points expire before they can be applied to new orders.
I have expressed this to the staff who accepted my order via phone.
They have always been helpful , professional and understanding regarding my concerns. I am in the process of researching for another product source where I won't have to sacrifice points, etc. Makes no sense to be unable to apply $$ that I earned through purchases.

Your products are great but your website leaves a lot to be desired. I tried to add an item to my subscription and it was a nightmare. The “chat helper” told me they couldn’t find the product so I had to order it separately and pay another $7.99 in shipping.

Love the overnight pads. They were a real game changer for me. I used to wear two depends style overnight pants with an always maximum pad and still wasn’t always dry in the morning. Now I wear one pant and the Because Overnight pad and haven’t had a problem.

I appreciate how Because is reliably sending their products to me.
I've learned to wear an Overnight with a Premium on top to provide a more secure fit around my thin thighs. Now, at last, no more leakage during the night!
I do hesitate to call only because the reps ask twenty personal questions.
Redeeming my reward points is frustrating.

Products are good, but not exceptional, and on the more expensive end of the cost spectrum as compared with comparable products from other companies. Because Market has the most pleasant customer service agents I’ve ever encountered; however, their agents seem unable to offer any help that isn’t part of a scripted product pitch. I encountered a problem with a “custom” bundle of 2 products meant to be used together. The problem stemmed from a quantity mismatch in packaging of Product 1 (20 per pack) and Product 2 (10 per pack). Because defines the bundle as 4 packs of each product, resulting in a 50% surplus of Product 1 each month. The pleasant customer service agents seem incapable of grasping the quantity mismatch problem and have offered only one solution - cancelling my subscription. So much for a “custom” bundle or customer service. The convenience of auto delivery is being overshadowed by unresponsive, ineffective customer service.
