Beauty Outlet Recenzje

Fantastic customer service. I received a damaged product and emailed Beauty Outlet and I received the same product in perfect condition within days. The products I purchased are really good quality and the customer service was above and beyond. Many Thanks

Beauty Outlet has consistently great prices. Items are always recieved speedily and are well packaged.
I have bought from them several times and can't recommend them highly enough.

A good experience

An eyeshadow compact arrived broken. I contacted Beauty Outlet and received a replacement immediately.
I will purchase from them again as very impressed

What an excellent company. Easy to contact with an immediate reply. They go beyond being helpful and friendly. The product was good value, packed well and posted fast and efficiently.

Beauty Outlet was the only website to stock a specific cosmetic item that I wanted but was unable to find elsewhere at a very competitive price. Ordering online was easy, transparent and delivery was pretty quick. Items were received well packaged and in brilliant condition. Will definitely use again.

The price was outstanding, ordering was easy and packed very well . Will be using again and recommend them highly.

I'd shopped at Beauty Outlet at MacArthur Glenn in Cannock and was well impressed by the quality items I'd bought, and the prices! Even more impressed with my delivery today - from ordering to the delivery it's been a very speedy service, package very well wrapped and I'm happy to buy again.

Bridgend outlet store in mcarthur glen I was helped by three lovely members of staff. Two on the floor who helped me find some hand cream for myself and face moisturiser with spf for my mum, and then a lovely polite server on the till. They were so good I asked for their names so I could write a review.
Elly, Chelsea and Jess you made a stressful experience really easy and straight forward. Thank you

Great customer service staff willing help and sorted my problem same day.
Would recommend everyone to use the Chester Oaks beauty outlet.
Thank you for sorting my problem out for me so quick.

Lovely products, great selection and the best prices. This is my new go to shop. I definitely recommend this shop.

Served today Sunday 16th March by Jasmine @ designer outlet York.
Absolutely amazing service. I hadn’t gone to buy anything specific, jasmine took the time to engage, chat and offer options of products. I think it’s great to shout about great service, as a nation we do if we have had a bad experience.
I was impressed with her energy and enthusiasm. Well done🤩

First time ordering from website as sadly my local retail branch closed.
I have just taken receipt of my order & am pleased with everything.Easy to navigate website, fast shipping, perfectly packaged cosmetics,no leaks,no spills & no broken palettes! Shipping information was excellent also! Well done all & thank you for such a seamless first time on line shopping experience!

My order was shipped quickly, packaged really well. I did have an issue with a product which must have got damaged in transit but customer service team resolved the issue promptly and efficiently. l will definitely shop with them again and would highly recommend them.

Wow amazing service and price
.. RECOMMEND. had bought a year ago a revolution eye palette from superdrug.. loved it wanted to replace... Amazon wanted £15. found in beauty outlet on sale ridiculously cheap. was dubious but service Amazing and communication telling me where and when package delivered A* will use again. Thank you

My delivery was never received. I contacted them and I had a fast response to my query and they were so apologetic even though it was not their fault that I didn’t receive my item. They took it a step further and asked if I wanted a refund or another item shipped out which I was very happy to receive another item because I was really looking forward to using the item based on recommendation from a colleague. Thank you so much for the support provided

Ordered for my partner from here. Paid for item plus delivery. Received a confirmation and a link to track package. Clicking on the link, it takes me to Amazon delivery who state they have the label printed. However when I try to track it further, I'm informed that I have to provide a billing address before it can be delivered. Why?.
I've already provided that and the bill was paid. It's even on my bank statement. As I have not used my Amazon account for some time I can not access my account due to an old payment card being on file there, so now my package is on hold. When I pay for delivery, I think it's reasonable to expect it to be delivered and not have some third party demanding I send them all manner of evidence.
The order number is 64304.
I am not happy at all with this. You should make it clear who your shipping agent is. From now on I will never purchase from anyone who uses this ridiculous method. Royal Mail or couriers don't play this game so why should Amazon.
