The description of the product clearly says and even the title of the product says that it is 50gm bottle. You were sent the product that had ordered.

The mascara is horrible

The mascara is horrible, it appears to be very dry & is not at all like the description, I want to say this is a very old batch, that has gone dry, I would not recommend this to anyone

Not a good start

I still have not received my order

I still have not received my order. This was my first experience using this service and I’ve emailed the support line with no reply. When trying to track it shows dispatched but not with courier and they await it. It’s been over 3 weeks since I ordered and still no resolution. I’ve been sent a follow up to see how I’m getting on with my order and to review but can’t seem to get anywhere now. Really frustrating as I’ve tried to be patient but no communication has left me with no choice

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your order. I checked our records and your order was dispatched on the 14th July. We have not received any email from you on support address. It seems like the order may have been lost by the courier company, I will have this checked and issue you a refund.
