Great quality and easy to style
Great quality and easy to style. This was my first wig, and I was hesitant, since I'm not good with styling my hair. I was pleasantly surprised when the first one arrived. Im the owner of four blond wigs and I'm loving it.

Hi, Grace, we are so sorry to hear that. And we indeed thanks for your liking about our brand at the first place. But we can promise that the hair we sent you is exactly same with the one post online. And we just checked the hair we sent you, it’s 7*5 bye bye knots closure 20inches wig with drawstring and kinky edge. If there is anything wrong, we’re eager to fix for you. And if you just don’t like it, returning for exchange or refund is totally accepted because we have great returning policy. By the way, our specialized customer service will get in touch with you soon. If you need anything else, please let us know.
Beautyforever wishes you every happiness and will always be with u.
God bless you!

Hi, Miriam, we are so sorry to hear that. But we checked our conversation history, all of the emails were replied within less than 2hours even with the time difference. So we just wonder is there any misunderstanding? And we can promise that the hair we sent you is exactly same with the one post online. And we indeed thanks for your liking about our brand at the first place. And we do feel sorry that the hair didn’t meet your expectation, which we didn’t expect. If you just don’t like it, returning is totally accepted because we have great returning policy. By the way, we noticed our people have sent the returning address. Hope you got it. And if you need anything else, please contact us freely, our specialized customer service will be here all the time.
Beautyforever wishes you every happiness and will always be with u.
God bless you!

But we can promise that if the customers placed order on our website successfully, we will definitely ship and deliver the hair to them.
