I ordered a wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver based on the product advertised on the seller's website. The listing clearly showed and described two devices: a transmitter and a receiver. Instead, I received an AirPlay Box dongle that was completely different from the advertised product and did not provide the functionality promised. After I submitted photos of the item received and the advertisement, the seller offered only a $3 refund. This product was falsely advertised and would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Good helpdesk, product works as advertised, trackable delivery.

Incomplete order sent, and refuse to complete it or refund the full amount. This is an Alibaba spin off.
They lie and steal yout money since you can not use what you bought

OMG they are the worse by far, ordered on the 18th Dec to date still not delivered and the tracking number does not register is any site. They should be struck off any and all sites. Bloody bunch of $%#@& This sort of behavior should not be tolerated , otherwise.... they will continue to do , so no consequences'. I cannot believe they continue without losing a breath.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! You have been warned absolute scammers! They offer and describe a product then send you something that vaguely resembles what you have ordered.

As with the other reviews these people are scammers selling Leatherman Skeletools on the site but what turns up are very cheap multitools worth a couple of pounds. Absolutely AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am trying to recover the £120 I spent on 6 “skeletools”and they are offering a $5 compensation. PayPal are taking forever and making me go through hoops to try and get the money returned and at the moment it doesn’t seem likely. They want me to return the items to china which is more money after bad. Total scam. The comments are disabled on TikTok for obvious reasons. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They have another site called Almighty and several company names including Lakaka and Whitdrink.

Received a fake product, not a genuine Leatherman Skeleton 7-in-1 Multi Tool product, it's a poor quality miniature version of the true item, my first bad TikTok purchase, and never again. Awaiting response for a full refund

Firstly, this company is based in China, so that's the first lie.
I paid a fair price for, what I thought to be, a 7 in 1 multitool. When it arrived, it was about 50% smaller than I would have expected, and more like a useless toy, not the tool I purchased for work!
Everything about this company is a lie from the very start. The person advertising the tool must have been a child, as their hands made it look normal sized.
Just one more Chinese, poor quality, misleading advertising, and over priced company.
STAY AWAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Send out Junk, nothing like website.
Be warned the product you get from them is like something from a Christmas cracker, totsl junk and nothing like the picture they advertise on their website or videos. Do not buy from them.
