Had two hair dryers first one faulty
Had two hair dryers first one faulty. Sent back replaced and that one didn’t work either. Still waiting for my refund. You will have received the dryer back it was tracked 48 and was sent Sunday it’s now Friday

I purchased the Glolift. The site was easy to navigate. I made the purchase and it was delivered very quickly. So far, Beautaholics service has been A1. The product and it's effectiveness isn't something I can comment on, until I've used it for some time.

2nd July 2024 - Hi Angela, so sorry to hear you are having issues. I can see your order from 26th June, but definitely no communication since despatching your order. The product will have charge when sent to you. You need to press and hold for it to switch on. Our customer service team have reached out to you via email. Great so far....
Great so far..... Ordered and delivered within 3 days. Hairdryer lightweight as described and good quality only used once but so far so good. Time will tell . Not spent this much on hairdryer before so fingers crossed

Ordered from this company on two occasions.Bought the light weight hairdryer for my daughter for christmas as she travels a lot and much easier to pack. Bought the wide plate straightners in January as a treat for myself and very happy with them. Fast delivery, and great customer service! Great value for money.

Lacking in customer service
I ordered a lightweight hairdryer from here. Upon receipt it became apparent that it didn’t suit my needs so enquired how to return. The tone that was used in my email was curt. I returned the item at my expense using tracked delivery. After 4 working days I had heard nothing. No reply to my emails. I eventually reported a return through Klarna and only then did something happen. The lack of customer service and attitude shown in my correspondence was certainly lacking. For what is meant to be a family business they certainly don’t seem to have that level of service I would expect. Due to this I will not be shopping with them again.
You can judge a company on how they value customers when things go wrong. In this instance I was highly disappointed.
