Keelie done a fantastic job from start to finish on our latest let in Beaulieu Park ,I have used Beaulieu estates to purchase and let properties and cannot fault the service.
Keelie went the extra mile all the time and ensured both tenants and us the landlord were happy.

One of the most trusted Estate Agents in Chelmsford
We have had a 6 year long association with Beaulieu Estates. They helped us buy a home when we first moved to Chelmsford and just last month they helped us close the deal on the perfect ‘family home’ for our family.
Anthony, Charlotte & Keelie also helped us find tenants for our property and the entire process was stress free & transparent.

Great service from a great team of people.
The owner of the business Anthony Quirk is very professional and experienced in his field, as are his team, whom of which, Charlotte and her assistant Keelie do a fantastic job collecting rents, informing us of any issues and provide regular property checks to ensure the tenants are looking after the properties well.
I would highly recommend their services.

Having dealt with Beaulieu Estates for property rentals for the last few years. We sold a property with them, they provided a great service, very efficient and will always go that extra mile. Outstanding stress free service
We bought and sold our property through Beaulieu estates which was a great stress free end to end experience. All of our needs were taken care off, honestly and professionally without us having to lift a finger or chase anything. The team of Anthony, Charlotte and Keelie provided a high quality friendly service and were always on hand to help. Should we ever decide to move again we would definitely use Beaulieu Estates and cant recommend them highly enough,

Highly recommended
I used Beaulieu Estates to sell my flat and would highly recommend them. Anthony came to value the flat and was very genuine and honest about what we could sell for. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and had carried out thorough research about similar properties in the area. As part of the service, professional photos were taken by Anthony and we had several viewings within the first 48 hours of the property being listed on rightmove. Beaulieu were very professional from start to finish and kept us informed every step of the way. Charlotte and Keelie were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and made moving as stress free as possible. I would definitely use them again in future.
