Easy, straight forward booking process and excellent, on time and professional service for my boiler

It is always a pleasure to see Jack and as usual the work was done promptly and to a high standard he talked us through what had been done to ensure that we were happy with the results and the area was left as found clean and tidy.

Great company and service, from the brilliant customer service to the professional and friendly plumber. We called Beatrix when an emergency plumber quoted us £1500 to repair our boiler. Beatrix came quickly and charged us £150, fixed the problem and reassured us that the works suggested were unnecessary. We’ll be using again!

Excellent service, thank you. We had a fault with our boiler and due to the kitchen cabinet were unable to access to diagnose or fix the issue. We called Beatrix Home to explain the situation and they were great. The engineer was excellent - fixed the job and addressed the issue with the cabinet and did everything with great attention to detail and care. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use them again.

A plumber came out to assist us with our heating system. He was great, on time, very helpful, fully sorting out the issues, testing everything and leaving everything working as it should. A very professional, helpful service

I needed a toilet replacement done for my parents. The company were easy to deal with on the phone in terms of organising a time for them to visit to give a quote for the work. They gave easy to read detailed quotes for the work to be done and stuck to those prices. The work done was of a high quality and i would definitely recommend them for plumbing work

Made an appointment within a couple of days & only had a 3 hour slot which is perfect. Turned up on time & Jack was excellent. A pleasure to have in your home.

Great service, ive used quite a few heating engineer companies over the years and would rate Beatrix as number one, fairly priced, very knowledgable trades staff, polite ,very tidy and trustworthy, i'd highly recommend them.
