The product is superior in fabric style and selection compared to anything on the market and it shipped quick!

I ordered a hammock and straps. The straps arrived without a problem. The hammock did not. After multiple attempts at contacting BearButt I finally received an email saying it was lost by their deliver provider and they would follow up shortly. It’s been a week, I’ve reached out and still no response. Hugely disappointing when a product ordered at the end of November can be here by Christmas!

Recieved the wrong Hammock. Took a little bit to get ahold of someone for help to get the correct one figured out. But Besr Butt made things right. They apologized for me slipping through the cracks. Let me keep the other hammock as well. Great service

Great product. Our two (bogo) quilts, snapped together, cover our king size bed with room to spare and keep us toasty when the wood stove burns down in the early am. Looking forward to spring when I can try them with our hammocks.

I bought a 2 person Hammock it was actually nice and comfortable my issue is that after 3 uses it tore right down the center and we fell threw it. comfort 10/10 durability 2/10

I got my hammocks so quickly! So exciting. I can NOT wait to go camping and use my hammock. The colors on the hammocks are beautiful, they are exactly as shown if not better. I got the maroon and gray, blue and gray, icy ombre, and the crushed shells print. And since I got 2 free hammocks, I was able to gift them. Thank you so much Bear Butt for AMAZING American quality products. The material is soft, the seams are beautifully designed, and the straps are sturdy enough I could probably use them to tie down my kayaks (though I wouldn't, dead splattered bugs... gross....) I don't need any more, but I would gladly get one in every color. I can not say thank you enough for these beautiful hammocks and I can't wait to see what you all make in the years to come. I will definitely only be getting my hammocks form you.

The snake skins are amazing! The look great! They are large enough the I can stuff my hammock, under-quilt, and bug screen all inside.

The hammock has ripped after just one days use! Very disappointed!
