Hmmm. They shouldn't. Our gels should outlast their expiration dates every time. We would not enjoy our reputation for providing excellent results if they lost efficacy within their expiration dates. Please talk to Ashli in customer service about it. Maybe we can figure out what's going on.

Hit or Miss
Representatives were fast at responding and very helpful. Training was fast and easy. I think the training process can go a little more in depth as I had quiet a few questions on the whole process after reading the training manual. More in depth training videos would be great. Whitening products work pretty good. I think amazing results can be hit or miss though. I also am having a problem with my whitening pens breaking while twisting the bottom causing a loss in inventory. Has happened on 5+ pens in a batch of about 30. Love the lifetime warranty on the light. All in all, a good company and products but could make small improvements to stand out among the rest.

We had a problem with the manufacturer of our pen casings sending us defective pens. We filled and shipped a bunch of them before we discovered the issue. Please contact Ashli in customer service for replacements on the defective pens.

I will definitely recommend the account executive Heidi Deishl from Beaming White. I have a very new spa that I run and have had an excellent experience with Heidi.
I shopped around several comparable vendors and ultimately went with Heidi. She took the time to explain the difference between her products and the competitors products helping me make a more informed decision on products to supply my business. She knew that I’m small and that my order would be also small but I never felt rushed to make my decision and order. I was treated like I was spending thousands instead of hundreds.
In the end the products I received were high quality, extremely effective and very fairly priced. Beaming White & Heidi definitely have my business!
