Hi Christa - I'm sorry to hear that. Our standard size for pens and syringes is 2 mL, which is what you ordered. Your sales rep is out today. Let me touch base with her and get back to you. It doesn't look like she was aware that you weren't happy with the size.
They dont care about their customers
I was not thrilled with the results of the products. Also after spending thousands of dollars on the mobile whitening system, once the sale was made I was never contacted ever again from the sales rep or any rep from the company to follow up with my satisfaction level nor about ordering more supplies ect.. I didn't feel like they cared
