Anytime I spend money, I need a receipt and or confirmation. I had to ask several times for a receipt. I finally got it.

Thank you for choosing Beaming White! We apologize for the delay in sending your invoice. Our accounting system is set up to send invoices automatically at the end of the day. For some strange reason, our server had issues for about a week, and it wasn’t sending them. This happened while the order processing person was out sick for 10 days and we were overwhelmed with orders. It just made it very difficult to send invoices in a timely manner. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Luckily, the order processing person came back to work yesterday and our IT company finally resolved the server issues, so we are back to providing the great customer service that we are known for.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to take this time out to tell you guys about this amazing experience I’m getting Married on Monday and I needed my teeth whitened the price at my dentist office was just too much for me at the time I came across Beaming beauty in when I say I am extremely happy With my teeth it looks amazing the place was perfect right in my price range her office was clean she was very professional I will recommend her to everyone thank you so much

I called beaming white again today…
I am changing my review. I spoke with Sally from beaming white and she went out of her way to assist me with my needs. We determine that most of my frustration came from lack of communication. I wasn't communicating fully so I wasn't aware that beaming white wasn't clear of my needs. Sally assisted me and we resolved the matter in less than 24 hours.... I am now on my way to receiving the product I want and I am very pleased with this.

Dear Jennifer - Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Ashli tells me this was already cleared up to your satisfaction today. She said FedEx did not deliver your package, nor did they leave a door tag letting you know your package was sitting at their warehouse. She said she called you in response to your email but you didn't receive her voicemail because she left it on an old number we had for you and then went on vacation for the holidays. Also, she told me the FedEx tracking number is difficult to find on your invoice unless you know where to look so you didn't think you had a way to follow up with FedEx yourself. No wonder you were frustrated! Anyway, I'm glad we got this cleared up! Everything should go smoothly from here on out! Beaming White
