THEY MAKE IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL FOR FROM FEBRUARY TO JULY. STILL CHARGING ME!!

We always thought we had solid marketing strategies, but when it didn't translate into successful business, we knew we had to make some changes. We didn't know where to start, and decided on simply added gues wifi and making our customers happy. To our surprise, all of the data we were getting from Beambox helped us develop new strategies that actually have a huge positive impact on our business.

For the longest time our online reputation was absolutely horrible and we had a hard time attracting customers to our business. It was to the point where we almost had to close down and we didn't know what to do. We decided to try Beambox and offer guest wifi for our customers, hoping this would attract customers and keep them in our store for longer. To our suprise, in just the first week we started seeing a huge boost in traffic and sales. Ever since our online reputation has recovered and we're finally positive and thriving!

I love all the features that come with Beambox. Since it was easy to set up I was able to start getting a better understanding of my customers very quickly. I highly recommend trying out Beambox.

I did a test to see how the service worked, I requested the cancellation of the account both by email and through the chatbot before the trial period expired, but they did not cancel me and continue to try to take money from the card that fortunately I always keep with little currency, otherwise they would have withdrawn without my permission, despite the several emails sent after their first withdrawal attempt. The service at a technical level works, but the company is really not serious about user management. I imagine that I will be forced to go to the bank to block them and probably make a report to those in charge.

Overall I've had a great experience using Beambox. Setting it up was a breeze and I was able to start customizing the guest wifi to suit my needs. Their dashboard is easy to use too so I had no trouble looking at reports and adjusting the guest wifi. I definitely recommend Beambox to anyone who doesn't have guest wifi or is looking for a simple boost to their business.

The best part about Beambox for us are all the tools that come with it. On top of getting a ton of data about our customers, there are a lot of tools we use to analyze the data that helps us come up with better marketing strategies. I've never known this much about our customers and it's been amazing for us.

The data we get from Beambox is amazing. The level of granularity is like nothing we've seen before and we're able to do much more. The service is excellent too. We rarely have any issues but if we do their support is quick to help.

WOW what a scam. RUN!!!
The send you a router from 2017 and immediately start charging your card. Then when you call 4 times because it wont sync with your Comcast router, you want to send it back. The 'beambox' never worked once. I paid over $$500 over time for their useless service. Then once I sent it back they continued to charge my card for 6 months because they said the 'beambox' didnt show up. with their label? SO no refund they said they have stopped charging my card but who knows. Ill be contesting with AMEX today.

Phenomenal service. Beambox has excelled my expectations and expanded our marketing database.
