I've tried other solutions before, but Beambox's guest WiFi network was by far the easiest to setup. It's quick, reliable, and our guests haven'y had any issues connecting.

This didnt work for our company, which is fine. Wew paid for six months of service and then chose to turn it off. However, the charge suddenly appeared on my card again 3 months after we had cancelled. We don't even have the equipment anymore nor have we logged on or collected any data. When I reached out about the unknown charges, they were not helpful at all and basically told me I was out of luck. Again, this is with no use and no data collected on our side and no knowledge of why the charges came back. Very disappointed that with the technology in 2025 to verify, a company would choose to rip someone off.

Beambox doesnt work with Android devices in our hospitality establishment and they have been trying to resolve it for weeks now. Incredibly frustrating. Avoid.

I signed up for a trial with Beambox just to test their service. I never actually used it—I only explored the dashboard briefly. Unfortunately, I forgot to unsubscribe before the trial ended, and since then, Beambox has been relentlessly attempting to charge my card daily.

When I tried to cancel my subscription and remove my payment details, I discovered that their dashboard is completely locked, except for the option to update my credit card. There is no way to cancel or delete billing details on your own once you provide it to them !!!

I reached out to their support twice, asking for my subscription to be canceled and my payment details removed. They responded only with requests for feedback and did nothing to stop the charging attempts. Even after they finally claimed my subscription was canceled, the daily charge attempts still continued.

I have now to freeze that card and create a new one after my card issuer couldn't block Beambox.

This is an extremely unethical practice—forcing users into a subscription with no way to cancel properly. If you value your time and money, stay away from Beambox!

Horrendous service and as all their 5* reviews say the same thing I'd guess they're all from the company themselves.
None of the features work. I had 2 boxes one is consistently offline.
Asked for a call back had some rubbish messages back. Asked for a call back more poorly written emails, finally got a call back from "Paul" who was incredibly rude and condescending. Biggest waste of money ever! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
