Initially everything looked good, the people were nice, and the process was quick.

The car broke down after only 3 months (oil pressure sensor came out and dumped 90% of it's oil onto the road in 2 minutes as I was driving). I took it to the mechanic and he's given me a laundry list of other faults that need addressing. To fix them all woukd cost more than I paid for the car.

All in all, great people, unreliable cars.

Awful customer service, sold a car with a puncture, past due a service, fog light out, not cleaned and a broken fuel cap door. Gave it a new MOT but do not believe they checked the car at all. Fobbed me off and ignore my messages. DO NOT USE them or trust them

Car was a bit of a diamond in the rough. Was forced to do a trustpilot review before I left, very poor valet when I arrived to take car away. A month on still haven't had the V5 arrive, so I will have to pay for that, which is annoying to say the least, the date of sale is also incorrect on the invoice for some unknown reason, says January not May. Attempted to contact dealership but no reply.
Have later found out that both rear outer light clusters are broken and insecure also the nearside front wheel bearing needed replacing after a few hundred miles.
Luckily I'm a mechanic, so I can sort these issues myself, if I wasn't I wouldn't have had the confidence to trust them to carry out the repairs.

You may find a good car here, just do your research and double check all your paperwork before you leave.

Ali is a liar. I travelled from Ireland to see a car that he told me had cruise control. It didn't. A deal breaker for me. He refused to drop me back to Clophill. I walked 2 miles to get a taxi. I should have trusted my instinct with his mumblings over the phone. My taxi driver told me they are fraudsters. He said they have had multiple customers with bad experiences dealing with these fools. Don't let your desire for a car that looks good in a photo create a bias that blinds you to the facts that you read in the reviews. Foolish me.

Saw a Renault kadjar on Sunday online came down everything looked fine . Had great service.

How these people have not been shut down I do not know.
DO NOT buy a car from these people there is nothing good to be said about them and anything they tell you is worthless.
Car was held on a finance company stocking plan but it took them over a month to clear balance despite calls from finance company and myself.
There is NO WARRANTY do not believe anything you read or are told, it simply doesnt exist.
There is NO AA cover, just barefaced lies.
They couldn't even be bothered to notify DVLA of change of owner, had to do it myself after waiting 6 weeks as advised by DVLA.

We bought a car from Beadlow via CarFinance247 (who are about as helpful as a chocolate teapot) but that aside, CF247 recommended this dealer and they dealt with all the initial checks e.g. we were informed the car was serviced, MOT'd – it was just a case of viewing and collecting.

In hindsight, I wish I'd checked the reviews here first, but as our other car was written off just before Christmas, we desperately needed a car. On collection the car seemed in working order, although before even leaving the lot, the petrol light flashed saying it was running on fumes and the tyre pressure light came on ... not a good start. They pumped up the tyre and pointed us to a nearby petrol station.

We were then away over Christmas and New Year, so the car had very little use, then near the end of January, the car refused to start. After the AA and another local garage all looking at the car, and not able to help, the car eventually had to be towed to a Jeep garage for diagnostics.

I spoke to Beadlow during this process and they informed me to get back in touch once the garage had looked at the car, which I did, and the garage confirmed the steering column had failed, and the start/stop system had failed which in turn meant, the RF hub and various other parts would need replacing and reprogramming and we would be £2.6k out of pocket. Contacting Beadlow again, they didn't want to know, the guy said "not my problem" ... "it's after 30 days" and put the phone down.

Unfortunately for us, he was right, The Consumer Rights Act 2015, only allows 30 days in which case we could of returned the car, but our car failed at 40 days. After raising a complaint with CF247, they pretended to look into the problem, but having sent them the diagnostics several times and waiting several weeks, we had no choice but to get the car repaired on our own dime, thus 'depriving' Beadlow of their one opportunity to repair the car. (Let's be honest they never had any intention of this), and CF247 never had any intention of following this up in a reasonable timescale so as a word of warning to everyone, don't buy or trust any vehicle from Beadlow.

Accommodating staff, test drove a couple of cars, and was able to find a car I was satisfied with very quickly. The process was made very smooth.
