Great communication

Great communication, punctual and true to his word. Things that hard to come by these days. Also helps that the price is very fair. Would definitely recommend George to others looking for a depreciation report.

Another great job

Process couldn't be more straight forward. George is very knowledgeable and has a knack for explaining things simply. Whatever your question, he can answer it in a way that's easy to understand.

We have used George from BDSA Quantity Surveyors to generate depreciation reports for a number of investment properties over the years. His service is always professional with a quick turn around at an affordable rate. We would highly recommend.

Ticked the boxes

Great Value, accurate costs, and quick response time. We had a grant to keep rolling, so we needed the report pretty quickly. Was a great experience.

Efficient, Speedy and Clear

George from start to finish was helpful, efficient and speedy. He told me everything I needed to know within the first 2 minutes of our call. I responded within 24hrs and he crafted our Depreciation Schedule within 72hrs.

My favourite thing, which is so difficult to come by, was if he said he would email, he did. If he gave me a deadline, he committed to it. Even down to the depreciation report coming in at 9pm because he gave me a deadline of that day.

This was by far my best dealing with a QS and possibly any construction/property service provider.

Highly recommend George.

Simply, George is the best.
Second time I've used him for depreciation schedule and he makes life easy and is professional.
I would highly recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

Incredibly quick and thorough service

George Najjar of BDSA Quantity Surveyors has just completed a 4th Depreciation Schedule for me. He provides an incredibly quick and thorough service at the right price and I wouldn't use anyone else. I recommend George to anyone needing this type of service.
