The rise phoenix long sleeve shirt is a problem for me because of the zig zag edges rather than being hemed like my other 2 long sleeve shirts that our hope and out of the darkness

I bought the BD HOPE 2x long sleeve top and it fits really well, not tight at all, true to size, love it and will buy more in the near future!

My husband wrote to the customer service department to tell them a part of my story. I received the most beautiful email that i have ever received in my life. It was the most thoughtful well written email that let us know the story he told was heard. It was empowering and up lifting. It reminded me my struggles do not define me and that i am not alone. They also took it upon them selves to offer me a random act of kindness. I cant say enough about beautiful disaster, what they are and what they represent. Highly recommended and i wont shop anywhere else!

I purchased items from BD (leggings, tanks, tshirts) for the very first time a few weeks ago. I love the clothes and they seem to be of really good quality. The only issue is with sizing. I feel that there should be customer reviews to help with that. The size charts aren't always accurate and the fit is different depending on the style. Im typically 14/16 on top but the size chart had me at a 2x based on the bust measurements which was waaayy to big. Its not just a BD issue but with most brands. Definitely need reviews! The exchange/ return process is stress free and super fast so that was a bonus. Another issue is the length of the leggings- they're really long! I'm 5'5" and they're baggy in the legs. I plan to alter then to fit but a short option would be nice. I could have easily gone down a size. Customer service is responsive and very helpful. I'll definitely be purchasing again.

I have been a VIP in the Beautiful Disaster Tribe since 2019 very hard time in my life! I can honestly say if it wasn’t for my tribe sisters I wouldn’t be here today! It’s so much more than a clothing line! It’s our armor! But I had to jump on to speak to the personal extra lengths they will go to for us! They had collection release and the long sleeve v-neck sold out almost immediately! Then I found out my mom wanted it so bad! I called in to CS and spoke to Maddie and explained the situation she said “don’t get your hopes up but I’ll call you back after I comb the warehouse”! She called me 20 min later and said she found THE LAST ONE in the office and I cried! She ran my card and it was on my front door 3 days later! That’s just one experience!
