Paid good money for an initial show up inspection and secondary investigative inspection to find an exterior leak source in a townhouse. Chose BCV Plumbing because the ad claimed they were a leak detection specialist, but in the end couldn't confirm the leak source because he didn't have an extendable ladder to confirm with a visual. I was told that he would return with a ladder, but never did. 4 months has passed and still no confirmation, so body corporate has declined my claim.

We asked Bryn to change our leaking kitchen tap.
He quoted a reasonable price for the job, arrived on time and completed the job very professionally even though the removal of the tap was quite difficult as the tap connections had significantly corroded.

We called Bryn after seeing his reviews. Bryn gave us a quote on the spot which was somewhat what we had expected. We gave him a go ahead and all work has been done very efficiently. Very polite and well mannered as well. We will always use him for all our future needs.

I contacted BCV Plumbing to come out and check my water tank as it didn’t appear to be functioning. Bryn came out, took the time to assess and test the equipment and determine the cause. He ensured that my money spent went where it should in replacing the pump/controller. I had also pointed out a small rust spot on my tank while we were looking at it. Bryn then began work on it only to figure out the rust had gone the whole way through. What was a simple looking issue became a major problem quickly and Bryn again ensured his work in repair was quality while quickly fixing it even in some of the worst torrential rain we had seen in months!

We ran into some trouble when having a retaining wall built, and thank goodness for Bryn who came to our rescue! Response was immediate, he was calm and provided details about what was required and would be done when including the cost. He collaborated with the excavator / workmen on site to organise things and then worked tirelessly ensuring we had sewer connected within a matter of hours and stormwater connected next day. Bryn's communication is excellent, he stands by the quotes he provides (even when the work undertaken amounts to more), and he cleans up leaving the space potentially better than before he started :) Will never use another plumber again - why would we when we have met the best.
