I got ripped off again by a product out of one of your stores and I opened it right in front of the workers with the receipt in my hand cause I bought it before and the other person in there said get the receipt next time and open it in the store and I’ll replace it right away then the person working refused and treated me bad and kept calling me handycap because of my epilepsy so very pathetic and I got ripped off for 40$ again by your wannabe stores

Login is a total waste of time, it has been three years that i am trying to login back it keep asking me security questions that i don't know the damn answer for, it is so stupid, than it only indicate that the i reach the limit attempt, what a bloody stupid system, it has so many ridiculous security features and on top of that it log me out after wow How can you make this better??? TGA -The Green Ace web store thegreenace.org is a scam. They confirmed shipping by UPS for an Interac paid order for 12 products, then suddenly said the products were not available. Adding insult on injury they emailed me saying I get credit for my next purchase !!! What the heck ? They scam people and promise credit for a second purchase ??? They will not return a product unused with receipt that tasted like garbage. The Penticton shop has a very rude manger as well!

Not going to lie it's a truth in reconciliation day and it was pretty sad seeing a branch not caring for it or kind of aggravated of the day like it's a day that was created for the survivors of residential schools like it was very upsetting because my family had to survived everything so I could be here this is my experience

Everything they have on sale isn't available in their stores.If you ask for a reasonably priced product, they will literally offer you a product twice of anything that they have at a reasonable price.

I didn't know how there was a difference of 1/4 or 1/8 of weed. I just bought what appealed to me. When I was in the store a few days ago, the lady at the counter was very helpful. Told me what flavor was what and how much % of weed was the highest and where it was grown. I love shopping at this store.

Went to the Scottsdale mall location in Delta. The store was disorganized, half the stock is out has been for a week. They are too lazy to update their site or even the display in the store. It's been days. They seem to have the time to talk. Maybe update the status in the store of what you are out of, instead of making people stand in the line for your lazy ass to tell them you are out of that product. Lazy government workers.
