All the people we dealt with at BCA couldn’t have been more helpful.

Great Service
Following the unexpected finding of tiles containing asbestos I contacted BCA and they removed and disposed of all tiles within 24 hours. Great service and Ryan was very helpful and informative. Cannot speak highly enough of the service provided.

Asbestos around old aga
Came to remove some asbestos from around an old aga. The aga needed to be dismantled and removed to see if there was any more asbestos behind it and the guys were great. This was not an easy task given how heavy Aga’s are. Arrived on time to carry out work and tidied up beyond what I expected as there was soot and mess from the aga also. Totally recommend

Trustworthy and reliable
Ryan was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and give me the reassurance I needed.
He explained all the options clearly and let me know that the more expensive options to remove the asbestos entirely from my porch were only required in the event of a full remodel. He could of said we ‘must’ do it now just to make money, but instead he was honest and very ethical.

Customer Feedback
Great communication with Ryan. Customer service was excellent. The men arrived on time. They were not condescending, (as I have experienced with some trades because of my disability). They did a great job of removing the asbestos and clearing up any mess that had occurred.
An all round excellent service.
