BAD BUSINESS. Shut down shop
BAD BUSINESS! gave them another chance and edited my first bad review at their request. Thought it was a fluke. Then I was billed in August on a random date. Here we are in September and I have nothing to show for it and cannot get a response. Also my account has been deleted by them or something because it says my account does not exist so now I have no way to cancel my subscription and they just keep stealing my money and not sending anything.

I'm sorry for your experience with your 2nd rub club subscription. As per the product description the monthly subscriptions renew on the 15th of the month and then are shipped approximately the 1st of every month. I'm sorry that I missed your email on Aug 23rd requesting subsequent cancellation. I have cancelled your subscription and you should have received confirmation regarding this. This month's rub club subscriptions are going out today and the 3 working day delay was caused by staffing issues caused by the labor day weekend.
I can reassure you that your account was not deleted and you can access the customer portal to view your full account for confirmation at any time. A copy of this response including instructions on how to access the customer portal have been sent to your email.
Please let me know what further steps I can take for you to resolve this issue to your satisfaction.

Bull S…seasoning is by far the BEST there is!!! We use it on every cut of meat almost everyday and we have given it to many friends and they rave about it also. Great seasoning for any occasion!!!!!

The best rubs I’ve ever found anywheres

I will continue buying them as long as their availability is still on the market ! I really would suggest that anyone who wants a great set of rubs to seriously give these a try , I stand by my recommendation!!

I'm only giving 2 Stars because my receipt said I was receiving my bottle of bbq sauce plus a surprise seasoning. My sauce was the only thing in the box. It was wrapped good and it didn't take long to deliver. With missing seasoning included I would update to 5 stars. I also have not received it in a separate order.

Got my "Cooter Rub" and "Swamp Gator" hot sauce in record time! I cook lunch for my crew of 20 every Sunday for Monday lunch. If you haven't tried "Cooter Rub" on a pork butt for smoking, you're missing out!!! My cousin in Maryland, Floridian, by birth, turned me onto this awesome Rub. Guys at work give me kudos! Kudos to Gator Hammock!! I'm a North Floridian redneck by the way.

Thanks for the feedback, we use the United States Postal Service from our location in GA and in this instance the delivery took 3 days, our pricing methodology is cost pricing based on USPS rates. It is regrettable that as a small retailer we are unable to negotiate better rates and I'm sorry that you feel our shipping is slow and expensive but do appreciate the kind words regarding our selection.
