I'm sorry to hear of the trouble you had with the delivery. We have since changed courier company because of such problems, our deliveries are now completed with an incredibly high success rate and this is partly down to your feedback.

Forget to dispatch the BBQ ,even though…

Forget to dispatch the BBQ ,even though we paid for a extact day. Only when we called to question the delivery did they realise it hadn't been dispatched.
We also purchased a rotisserie which we were informed after payment it wasn't in stock , but would be dispatched within 3 days , 3 weeks later I requested a refund.
Overall the Bbq is a good product customer service is very poor.

Good unit let down with instructions

Good unit and well made, unfortunately the instructions aren't that great,some components are incorrectly marked. The use of the correct spanners are needed as adjustable spanner doesn't fit in where needed, so 8mm, 10mm and 17mm are required and a long shafted Philips/crosshead screwdriver is a must... Take care not to over tighten screws as adjustments maybe needed 👍

Arrived on Time

BBQ arrived on time and with no P&P charge. Haven't tried it out yet.

Service & cost was good

Service & cost was good - but still in box on way its way to Portugal so cannot comment on buildability or usage - since built & using BBQ & ITS EXCELLENT
