Great Service
I don't know much about BBQ,'s but Duane and Kathleen at Capital BBQ in Ottawa were super helpful and gave me all the time I needed. They also helped me find a great alternative at a good price when the BBQ I selected wasn't going to be available in time.

Purchased, fully paid and took more than 6 weeks to get it delivered
I purchased and fully paid for the newer Weber BBQ model on in mid May. 3 weeks later without any updates, I called the customer service to change to a Napoleon similar model and they assured me that it would be delivered within 3-4 days. After a week without any updates on the tracking number, I called again numerous times to get information related to the delivery and they never sent back any updates.
Day & Ross responsible for the delivery had received my order in a warehouse near Montreal and took more than 3 weeks to deliver the package at my home. I requested to move the package in my backwards and the driver refused.
I was not satisfied with my delivery experience and would recommend to buy closer to your house where I was able to get the same product at the same price!
