There also seems to be insufficient internal quality control, which makes collaboration slow, tedious, and at times frustrating. Due to recurring communication issues, the cooperation has been close to termination on multiple occasions.

The only consistently positive aspect is that payments are generally processed smoothly once everything has finally been clarified.

Overall, the collaboration requires significantly more effort than necessary and would benefit greatly from clearer communication, better internal coordination, and more reliable adherence to agreed terms.
