Baytons Bespoke Furniture Ltd Recenzje

July 2023- Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! Thank you Kyle for working a miracle with my new wardrobes! I’m so pleased with them 🥰 it’s completely changed the room and made such a good use of space so that we no longer need any additional storage units! Fantastic service and I’ve already asked him to work on a plan for my next project 👍😊

Update- Jan 2024
2nd project ( Living room cupboards/ shelving unit). Kyle you are fantastic at what you do! Your craftsmanship is second to none and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work you have done! As you know, I have already recommended you to my neighbours! Thank you so much 😊

We are over the moon with our new understairs storage, built by Kyle.

Such great quality and professional from the get go, from measuring up to the final product.

We shall definitely be using Kyle again for more home improvements and storage solutions!

Baytons have just completed our wardrobes for four bedrooms and we cannot fault their work. It was a pleasure having Kyle in our home, he is very clean and tidy, respectful, professional and a perfectionist which is what we wanted for our new home. We made some changes during the job which he accommodated fantastically.
We would recommend Baytons to everyone.

Highly recommend Kyle at Baytons, this week he has completed a custom storage unit for me in my new business premises. He has been a pleasure to deal with from the start, answers messages quickly and designed the unit to my exact specifications. The finished product is high quality and looks fab. I will definitely use him again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Excellent service. Kyle did an amazing job, the wardrobes he designed and fitted make the most of the space and provide excellent storage. I would highly recommend anyone to use Baytons!

AMAZING !!! First got 2 quotes from national leading companies & they were absolutely ridiculous prices. My son said a friend of his had Baytons quote & fit their bedroom & was over the moon. We asked Kyle to pop & give us a quote, the quote was very good so decided to give him the job, everything from visiting his workshop to ordering & fitting was very professional, top quality solid materials & workmanship was clean & tidy. If you’re thinking of bedroom wardrobes please give Baytons a thought… you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Kyle & the bacon sandwich / hot drinks was the least I could do 👌👏

We contacted Kyle after finding his impressive website on line to fit some built in wardrobes. One wardrobe was such an awkward small space Kyle was amazing how he came up with design ideas to make all the space usable. Right from the beginning he’s quick to respond with quote and then invited us to his workshop to go through the deign ideas and sample to make sure we are happy with everything. The quality of his work is amazing everything is perfect. We are already looking for him to build a media centre and then redo our kitchen would highly recommend Kyle to anybody.
Thank you so much Kyle and good luck for the future.

We love our new understairs storage unit - beautiful to look at and so much useful space. Kyle is very professional. Answered our enquiry quickly, brought samples with him to help us choose and we also visited his workshop and showroom. On the fitting day, he arrived on time, covered our flooring to protect it and left no mess behind. Would highly recommend Baytons.

We had no previous experience of buying and commissioning fitted furniture. After home visits and hard sell from big name brands we discovered Bayton’s by word of mouth.Hugely impressed by design, price and the finished result. Stunningly good. Three cheers!

Kyle did a great job with our Kitchen! We had a burst pipe pretty much ruin our entire downstairs and wanted to use a local family business instead of a big company. Our little way of putting a bit back into local business instead of feeding the fat cat insurance con artists.

We had a complete redesign and spoke to Kyle about precisely what we wanted and he delivered exactly as was asked of him, could not fault his level of service and he did a great job. I was more than comfortable to let him crack on while we went away on holiday and knew I could trust him to deliver.

What we now have is a cracking kitchen that is the envy of everyone who sees it. I could not be more grateful and thankful to Kyle for his work and craftsmanship.

In addition to this, we were unfortunate enough to have a second flood shortly after Kyle had downed tools and moved on. I contacted kyle who was very kind and understanding and came back to me promptly and sorted out the bits that needed replacing. Thankfully for our sanity, it was not a full kitchen scenario again!

Finally, what I would say is that without any question, I would be happy to have him back for more work. Infact, we do plan to have him back for wardrobes as soon as time and money allows.

Kyle added some built in cabinets/shelving to our kitchen and the result is perfect! Kyle is professional, friendly and clearly takes a lot of care in his work. He was accommodating to any questions or amends that I had and I would recommend his work to anyone :)

From the first contact with Kyle I had full confidence of receiving a first class service… I didn’t need to go anywhere else.
Kyle listened to our requirements, offered solutions , took away some thoughts and provided some designs for us to choose from.
We were able to Visit his workshop and showroom to view the many different finish available for us to choose from, Kyle even cut us a finished sample to take home and offer against our furnishings.
The quotes we received were in the region we expected and Kyle worked with us to find a solution for our budget
Kyle’s communication is spot on, was never left wondering if or when going to hear from him with the many questions we had, and even some design changes while we waited our booking slot.

On the day of installation, Kyle was efficient and very considerate of the fact we were working from home, couldn’t have asked for more to be honest… there were no surprises or issues that arose… overall we are very happy with the service and the end result of our new home office.

Excellent quality and craftsmanship! Kyle was very professional and detail-minded, clear communications from start to finish, we know from the beginning on when we would expect the survey to take place, timeline for the production, design and materials as well as payment schedule. We love the two bay window cabinets made by Kyle, the quality and finish are just amazing. I would recommend Kyle to anyone who look for stylish and quality tailored cabinet and wardrobe!

Complete waste of time. Very unporfessional.

In August I had first conversation with Kyle. From very first conversation, I was very clear and explained everything in detail what I am looking for and how I want understairs storage look like.

We agreed on budget and paid my 10% deposit. He gave me measurment appointment for Sep and fitting date in Dec. On appointment day I was waiting for him and he didn't turn up he forgot about appointment I had to give him call for reminder. He gave me appoinement for next week again. At that time I had feeling if he can't trun up on time he won't be able to deliver on time tho he gave me loooog waiting time but I thought I should give him chance. Next week he truned up, explained him again what I want and he took his measurments and promised to send me design and left. He didn't mention about any extra cost.

2 weeks gone no communication from him no design. I gave him call I haven't receiced design yet. He just made quickly rough sketch and sent to me and mentioned extra cost for shelves. Also design we agreed he wanted to go completely oposite. He wanted to buid his own way not what we agreed and how I wanted.

When I told him we already agreed on budget and we had agreed design. As I waited long instead of communicate with me and try to resolve this issue, he rudly said, he can't do this and happy to refund my deposit.

Very unporfessional, no communication skills, no customer services skill.

Try to avoid him.

Loved working with Kyle on built in wardrobes and
bespoke storage in our bedroom cupboard. He is friendly, professional and helpful. He guided us through the choices and provided prompt easy payments for invoicing. Pricing was excellent and I could not believe how quick the install was. I am so pleased with the quality and workmanship of his work and have already recommended him to many people. I am already reviewing what else I can have him do in all my other rooms! Thank you Kyle!

Great guy, quality work and reliable.

I can recommend

Really nice guy and very skilled! In love with my new cabinets. Very professional job and very tidy. Highly recommend.

Absolutely adore our 9ft tall fitted wardrobe with side window seats expertly designed, and built by Kyle.

The experience was brilliant from then offset, Kyle was super easy to communicate with, understanding (with our indecision re colour 😉 ), and very dedicated to his work (both in the planning and installation/execution)

Kyle’s meticulous attention to detail was evident in every stage of the project, with everything executed perfectly.

Couldn’t recommend Kyle and Baytons more highly- if you are looking for A1 craftsmanship and work ethic then look no further! But be warned, once you have one install courtesy of Baytons it’s a slippery slope… we are now exploring under stair storage options with Kyle and the team!

Excellent service. Friendly.
Reliable. Quality product true to design.
