great staff, Steffan and Elliot were very helpful and they found us the right car. They were very patient, kept looking for the right car, adapted to changes and took the stress out of buying a used vehicle. I can highly recommend the Baylis group at Ross on Wye.

Rachél de Carvalho was a fantastic help to me. Thank you, There was no hard sell only good information and a service that tried to understand my needs and provide options and solutions. Rachael had good knowledge of the MG EV I wanted and was kind, thoughtful and patient when I couldn't make up my mind. I also got a good deal on the car i part exchanged. The whole team were helpful and they even set the car phone, sat nav and other settings up for me before I left the dealership. Would highly recommend Rachael and the team, as mentioned earlier no hard sell only good sound knowledge to match my needs to the right vehicle.

Trade in car and buy 2nd hand
Nice showroom, toilets could do with a spruce up.
Staff pleasant. Telephone system annoying, you think you are ringing the showroom directly, but seems other showrooms pick up and you have to get put through or rung back!
Got given the wrong finance agreement, so had to get a recalculation.

General service that I received was…
General service that I received was good. Welcoming staff on arrival and at no point did I feel under any pressure to buy. The car was delivered to my works address which was a huge bonus. The only reason for knocking off a star is down to the quality of the final valet. There were key areas inside the vehicle that clearly hadn't been cleaned down properly. And because I had paid additional for the diamond bright service , I expected better. However the car was delivered and so far I've been very happy with it. I would still use Baylis again in the future as I feel they hold a good range of vehicles at a competitive price.

I was really impressed with my car buying experience from Baylis Cheltenham. From the beginning the contact I had was positive, informative and really felt like it was a personal service. I was given good advice and given time to think about the type of car I wanted. In the end I went for a Peugeot 208.
