The fabric quality is poor, it’s extremely over sized and I’ve emailed twice now to request a return address (as per their website returns policy), but I’m still being ignored ! I can almost write the next part …. I’ll be too late to return !

Ordered a dress I had had my eye on for ages thought I’d take the plunge. Took a while to come but when it did hated the material and was dragging on the floor. Tried to arrange return and refund but was persuaded to not return as would be costly in the end they offered me £18 (dress was £26 with £3 delivery) I have begrudgingly agreed but now I wait to see if I get any money. Avoid don’t buy especially if it’s not right
