Loft insulation and solar panels
We had insulation and solar panels installed by Baxter Kelly, via the government ECO4 scheme. They organised everything, sent out installers who were prompt and very professional and the follow up customer service has also been to an excellent standard. Fully deserving of a 5 star review

Welcome to the mushroom factory
Welcome to the mushroom factory, that is Baxter Kelly. Why Mushroom factory, you may ask! They keep you in the dark and feed you pure baloney!!!! I would love to be able to comment on their actual work, but I can’t. Why!!! After waiting 8 months, with lots of promises including a written letter from the Eco director Daniel Wainwright himself, guaranteeing completion of the works by 30 June 2023, I am still waiting for the work to actually start, let alone finished. So after weeks of silence from BK they have themselves made any contract we had, null and void. I am 81 years of age and apart from feeling totally exasperated with B.K I now have to start the process all over again. So, before making any decisions to go ahead with this company, please think twice, as this could be you!!!

Awful company lied to try to get…
Awful company lied to try to get funding without completing the work. Repeatedly lied to us and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Avoid. Tried blaming their own surveyor for their incompetence.

Our cavity wall insulation was carried…
Our cavity wall insulation was carried out by Tim and Nick. From start to finish the professionalism and expertise with which they worked was both impressive and reassuring.
They explained what the project entailed and worked non-stop for the many hours they were with us. It was a pleasure to have them here - and they were very respectful of our house, too.
Tim and Nick are top assets to the Baxter Kelly team – and the house is much warmer now, too!
