Jag vill verkligen varna från att köpa något från Bax Music.

Jag beställde två produkter ifrån Bax. Fick hem EN helt annan produkt än dem två som jag hade beställt. Fick veta av kundtjänst att jag skulle returnera och att de direkt skulle skicka de grejer jag faktiskt beställt, men de skickade aldrig något. Tråkigt då jag hade behövt utrustningen jag köpt på en spelning samma vecka. Efter ytterligare någon vecka får jag en refund på EN av mina två beställda varor som jag inte fått. Fortsättning följer med kundsupport som har gett mig helt olika besked samt med orimligt dåligt ljud, ofta med bakgrundsljud exempelvis från trafik, prat eller skällande hundar.

Fruktansvärd upplevelse, verkligen stor varning på detta företag!

Jag har alltid köp tryggt många gånger utan strul ifrån Thomann eller Gear4music. Handla inte hos Bax!

Över tre veckors leveranstid, utlovad kompensation kom ej. Lurendrejare, UNDVIK!!!

Handla ALDRIG från denna affär. De lurar sina kunder. Försökt skicka tillbaka en Dynacord mixer i tre veckor, utan att vill skicka mig postlappen. De säger bara "tekniska problem". Kommer kontakta holländska konsumentverket och polisanmäla detta såklart

Never answer the phone never reply from messages customer service beware of this lot absolute rubbish, trying to cancel my order .

If you want to return something, they do not send the labels and invoices that they say you need to make the return. Customer service is likely AI with an inability to follow instructions.

Very happy with my experience with BAX. They had just the cable I needed to a great price. And the delivery time to Sweden was very fast so I'm more than satisfied!

Part of order was out of stock.
Bax just pushed order forward 2 times.
I had paid in advance which was a huge mistake.
I got no answers whatsoever from customer service.
Had to threaten with police to get in contact and my money back.
This is not a functioning company as far as I saw.

Sjukt förvirrande kundtjänst. Oklara besked, lång väntetid och i slutändan gick varken varan att byta eller returnera. Rekommenderar att handla någon annanstans.

Bra pris och snabb (kostnadsfri) leverans.

Eftersom jag fick 1 av varorna fel, och istället fick något jag inte beställt, så väntar jag med betyg, men ni är kontaktade så hoppas allt fixar sig till slut.

I returned my Fender strat due to a repair issue. It was completely dent free. However when it came back it was a huge cut on the short side of the body. And the cardboard box wasn't damaged so it has happened at Bax. I've been meticulously careful with this guitar and I've only used it at my home.

I will give you a follow up on this case.

Bra priser på en del varor,bra bemötande om något strular är min uppfattning.
Packar ibland utan packmaterial o fyller i fraktdokument fel så leverans blir försenad hos fraktbolag dhl.
Ingen eller dålig kvalitetskontroll känns det som,inte roligt att behöva skicka tillbaka även om det är kostnadsfritt.
Ingen kompensation för strul orsakat av Bax,bara vi förstår....

I have bought a few things from Bax Music & all has gone well until I needed to return an item under warranty.
I started the process on 07/12/2024 & I am wrighting this review on 01/04/2025.
1st they charged me £20 to return a faulty item, then after I paid the money & received the invoice I then got an email saying the return had been cancelled as I had not responded in time (I paid within 48hrs of receiving the payment link)
After long waits in telephone queues & long conversations with customer services I got the return reinstated & they sent me over the return label & instructions.
The instructions stated I needed to put my completed return form in the package. I hadn't been sent this.
Another long call to customer services I finally got the return form emailed to me.
I packaged up the item back into its original packaging along with all the accessories & sent it off on 27/12/2024. So far the process had taken 20 days through no fault of my own.
I waited a couple of weeks which they tell you the return process could take but I heard nothing from Bax so it was another lengthy call to customer services who told me that the package I sent to Kent then gets processed & sent to Holland for assessment & repair & this could take another couple of weeks.
On 27/01/2025 I finally received an email from customer services to say my item had been received by the repair centre in Holland & how much they would charge me before they sent it back if they couldn't find a fault. It is now 01/03/2025 I I have still had no other communication from the repair centre or customer services. I tried to phone today but all I got was an automated message saying they were closes even though It was well inside the advertised customer service hours.
I have sent an email to customer services asking for an update (I have done this before but had no response.
I will update this review once I get some sort of response out of them.
My advise is avoid buying anything from this company that you may need to return under warranty at some point

Stay clear of this company if you know what's good for you, don't get me wrong they have a good selection of gear but if you need to return or exchange anything then just say goodbye to your money, this is by far the worse customer service I have ever dealt with, had to raise a claim with my bank as they now just ignore me.

Snabb frakt bra service

Ordered a modular case and received order confirmation immediately. After a few weeks I emailed them to ask whether they had problems with the shippment (item was listed as in stock) but I neither received the item nor did I get a shipping confirmation. They answered that they had delays of 2 months, which they did not deem important enough to tell me without me asking. Well delays can happen, so I decided to wait the two months. One week after the given due date I received from the company (2 months after the initial order) I emailed them again asking for the status and received a very similar answer again. Shipping problems and again I should wait 2.5 more months. Why does this company not communicate such information with customers from themselves? I cancelled all pending orders and will not buy there again. It feels very suspicious and a very bad communication & customer support.

My first time using Bax, I got my daughters first synth for her birthday (The DATO Duo), which is a big deal. I ordered on the 28th of Nov. using the Black Friday sale. A few in stock. Her birthday was on the 7th of Dec. Plenty of time according to delivery 2-3 working days on the website.
I am still waiting for the tracking to be even updated. Item advised since the 29th of November. I took my daughter for dinner as a present and I'm crossing my fingers so it could be her Christmas present now.
Bax if you are reading this. make amends, and make a little girl happy for Christmas.
