I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the extremely disappointing service experience I recently had with your company.
I entrusted my vehicle to your team for repair, and it remained with you for an entire week. During this time, I was advised by your service advisor, Samuel, that replacing the fuel assembler would resolve the issue and allow my car to start. Based on this recommendation, I agreed to proceed with the replacement and made the required payment.
However, after the payment was completed, I was informed of an additional issue — that the ECR module was faulty. This new diagnosis was given only after payment was made, and despite the replacement of the fuel assembler, there has been no improvement in my vehicle’s condition since it was first handed over.
I am highly concerned that I was charged for unnecessary repairs or parts that may not have even been replaced. This experience has left me feeling misled and dissatisfied, as I expected transparent communication, accurate diagnosis, and accountability from a reputed service provider like Battmobile.
I have already raised a complaint with the Consumer Rights Department. Worst experience and they are scammers.

Extremely disappointing experience with Batmobile Service. Their customer support is terrible — they never respond on time and only pass you from one phone number to another. Every time you try to get an update on your car or the service details, you end up chasing multiple people with zero accountability.
They promised free services in their package plan, but once you actually need something fixed, they start charging extra labor costs for almost everything. What’s the point of a package if you have to pay for every minor repair?
To make things worse, my service booklet has been with them for over a month now, and despite repeated follow-ups, all I get is a new number of some person who never picks up. Totally unprofessional and frustrating experience. I will be raising a complaint with the consumer forum soon — no one should have to deal with such poor service.

The guys are not bad in changing batteries, but don’t even think about taking your car to them for repairs or service. They are completely unreliable. You have no idea what’s going on. I have been dealing with three different people and none of them have the skill set or the reliability to tell you what’s going on with the repair. On top of that I had a job that needed to be repeated three times and my car has been sitting in their workshop for more than three weeks. I don’t recommend this company for repairs or even service at any cost.

I took my car to them for a major service and paid AED 7,500. However, on the very first drive after collecting the car—just 10 minutes in—the engine overheated, began to steam, and the vehicle broke down completely. I had no choice but to take it to another mechanic for repairs.
I contacted them immediately to raise my concerns and request either a refund or some form of compensation, but they failed to return my calls or respond to my complaint for over three weeks. Eventually, I had to visit the showroom in person. Even then, they were unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to acknowledge any responsibility. They do not respect their commitments, they never deliver on time, and when you try to follow up, they simply ignore you. Calls go unanswered, messages are left without replies, and when they do respond, the story changes every single day.

I would like to share my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Battmobile in the hope that it helps others stay cautious.

Timeline of Events
21st July 2025 – I contacted Battmobile for a battery replacement, which they provided at a cost of AED 400.
A few days later, I was continuously contacted by their team to upgrade to one of their service packages.
Ms. Amira offered me a package worth AED 985, claiming that since I had already purchased the battery, it would be adjusted as free. I was convinced and ended up paying AED 585 to purchase this so-called “value package.”

About the Service Package
The package was marketed as including 1 Major Service and 2 Minor Services:
Major Service – replacement of air filters, AC filter, spark plugs, brake pads, engine oil, and filter change, plus washing services. (Note: spare parts are chargeable, but labour is free.)
Minor Services – car cleaning, engine oil and filter changes.
As my car had developed heavy brake noises and likely required brake pad replacement, I opted for the Major Service.

Service Experience
I had clear communication with Mr. Adeel and Mr. Abid, who even provided quotations and advised me to purchase spare parts (air filter, AC filter, 3 spark plugs, and brake pads). I bought them separately from another dealer for AED 525.
When the service was scheduled, Engineer Shyam was sent to execute the Major Service. I clearly informed him that all spare parts were placed inside the car for replacement.
However, when my car was returned:
None of the parts had been replaced.
My AC stopped working after their handling.
On questioning, Shyam first claimed everything was fine and no replacement was needed. Later, he changed his stance, saying the brake pads were fine but the disc rotors needed replacement – a highly questionable suggestion for a car that has only done 65,000 km.
This contradiction between their team members clearly exposes unprofessionalism and dishonesty.

My Observations
If Adeel and Abid initially insisted parts needed replacement and I purchased them, how could Shyam later deny the need? This means I wasted AED 525 on parts that Battmobile themselves pushed me to buy.
Preventive replacements (air filters, AC filter, spark plugs) are essential in a Major Service – yet nothing was carried out. This was, at best, a Minor Service, misrepresented as a Major one.
Their driver drove my car for over 30 minutes (from Al Quoz to Town Square), only to casually tell me that the AC wasn’t working. Why was this not reported to the service team immediately?

It is very clear that Battmobile is indulging in:
False service promises
Misleading customers into unnecessary packages
Charging for services not performed
Refusing legitimate refunds
I now have zero trust in their company. When I asked them to charge me only for the minor work they did and refund the balance, they blatantly refused.

I strongly urge for an investigation into Battmobile’s deceptive practices, so they can be stopped from promoting false offers and scamming innocent customers. I also request a partial refund of my amount, as I am no longer interested in dealing with this company.
UPDATE ON THE THIS ISSUE. 9 SEPT.2025
After my unpleasant experience with Battmobile, I decided to take my car to a different, well-known garage for a second opinion and proper servicing. The results spoke for themselves. Upon inspection, the mechanics confirmed that the only actual issue with my car was the brake pads, which needed replacement. The brake discs were in perfect condition and did not require polishing or replacement, as falsely suggested earlier.
In addition, the garage carried out a thorough service and replaced all other essential parts, including the AC filter, air filter, and spark plugs — and all of this was done for just AED 250. Even more impressive, the entire job was completed in just one and a half hours with complete transparency.
This experience makes it very clear that Battmobile misled me by exaggerating problems that did not exist, with the clear intention of overcharging. Their unethical practices and lack of honesty have cost me both time and frustration.
I strongly advise everyone to stay cautious and avoid Battmobile’s so-called services, as they are nothing but misleading and dishonest operators trying to take advantage of customers.

Absolute terrible service they just lie to you to get your car so you need work doing 14 days. I’ve had my car in a month and I only went for the battery in the service. I bought a package thinking they was reliable. They scratch my car give it to me back. I took it back to be repaired. They can be back with this trash still there they give me my car back after doing some changes on break and suspension the car was terrible. They’ve taken it back over eight days to fix a problem which wasn’t there before I give it to them. They continuously lie so you’re getting your car back at 4 o’clock the same day five days later they don’t even answer the telephone to you. Disgusting. I’m taking a case against these.

The battery replacement service was fine, and they have different brands of these.
Don't go for the maintenance package as they are incompetent, don't really care about your car and try to come up with unnecessary work to charge you.
The car came with a large chip in the door handle (lack of care), and I left it there for 1.5 weeks so it was left in the sun in the summer so the headlining came off, and they didn't respond on how to fix it (I would have paid for).
Also they mentioned a coolant leak, and proposed to disassemble the turbo to find out the source (incompetence), when the issue was from the water pump (checked in another garage).
Strangely they admitted on WhatsApp that the coolant was staged.
Also, the car came with a knocking noise it didn't have on the driveshaft, which I attribute to mishandling the car (maybe on the lifts).
They missed replacing the windshield wiper which was visibly damaged from the sun (which I would have paid for).
They send some pictures with a spark plug, but these weren't in the service and weren't touched in my car, so I don't get why this is shown.
Won't be touching any car of mine again.

⭐ Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Battmobile Garage at All Costs!
I had a terrible experience with Battmobile Garage and I strongly advise others to stay away. These people are total scammers.
They took my car for checking and kept it for 3 days. After 3 days, they said it’s a battery issue – I agreed to replace it. Then they claimed the starter motor was faulty and quoted AED 1000 for parts + AED 300 labor, which I later found out is hugely overpriced. The same starter costs only AED 600 in the market.
I specifically asked them “Are you 100% sure the issue will be fixed after changing the starter?” They confidently said yes. So I bought the parts myself and gave it to them. They promised to return the car the same evening.
But in the evening, they call me again saying the car still isn’t starting and now they claim it’s an ECU issue, giving me a ridiculous quote of AED 7800!
At this point, I asked them to return the car. When they brought it back, the car was in worse condition – completely dead, and they refused to unload the car until I made the payment. They didn’t even let me check the car before paying.
To make things worse:
• They kept my car for 12 DAYS without fixing it.
• The car came back with visible scratches (I have photos and videos).
• Zero professionalism, zero transparency.
This has been an absolute nightmare. Please, do not go to Battmobile Garage – you will end up losing your money, time, and peace of mind. Scam alert!

Very poor service
We bought a new battery on Wednesday. It was dead again by Saturday. They did not want to come out without seeing an actual picture of the warranty card despite being able to prove we had paid for a new battery from them. Absolutely wild. The chat kept not being answered or would get cut off within one minute of being started for inactivity.

Early February 2025 I requested to buy a battery which was delivered on time upon delivery the guy gave me on offer for a package where if I buy the service maintenance package I will receive a free battery and my car will get 2 service also for free. I bought the package and also took my car for servicing, the servicing was terrible as I did not see any changes done. I requested for a quote for the maintenance required it took more than a week. The booklet for my services was never returned and I have been asking them since February and we are now in May . They are terrible and I regret using then I should have just only bought the battery
Disappointing Experience with Untrustworthy Management
I initially believed this was a reputable place to replace my battery and even considered signing up for one of their service packages. However, after visiting their location service center and speaking with the manager, I completely changed my mind. The management seems dishonest and unreliable completely.
Edit: To be fair, I did meet a skilled and professional technician named “Hassan”, who initially gave me a positive impression of the company. But after interacting with the management, it became clear that they are willing to lie and rip you off if given the chance. My advice? Avoid them if possible. And if you must use their services, do not leave your car unattended, stay and watch the work being done and check on everything in another reliable service center after your work is done.
