I bought a pair of gloves here as they were the only stockists i could find (other than Ebay).. i bought before i read the reviews - so i was a little sceptical of getting the product...

However, the gloves arrived as promised, in fact 2 pairs arrived (we are talking about how to return them now) and they exactly as advertised - at a great price. So my advice would be to read the reviews, but maybe have a little read through too - then make a decision.

That said - i think Battlebox could do with replying to reviews so that customers can see things are being dealt with - this many low reviews will put people off otherwise.

For me, this has been perfect, would shop again.

Absolute scam. Don’t order. Haven’t sent my order. It’s not even a real shop. Google their address and it’s literally just someone’s garage connected to their house.

Absolute scam. Been two months since i placed my order and send them lots of emails without any response.

Ordered from them and have never received the item. After a couple of weeks i messaged them to cancel and refund me but no answer and a further time later it then started showing as shipped. The shipping was meant to be 48hrs but nothings turned up and its been well over a week. I had to get the bank involved to get the money back

Not received my order.
No tracking provided.
Battle box UK is ignoring all communication I send.

Do not use this company! Take your money and claim items will be sent 48 hour Royal Mail. No tracking information provided, just states 'Shipped'. Contacted 3 times now asking for tracking info and where my order is. No response. Had to resort to disputing this with my credit card company. It isn't even worthy of one star!! Scammers!

Genuinely shocking.
No replies to communication having sent back my shoes with zero refund nearly 6 weeks on.
Returns policy followed, had no responses to website raised tickets as there is no phone number.
Communication response has only been asking for the postage delivery proof which I have supplied and not had any responses but the one response indicates they are fully aware of the return issue.
l will be taking further action and do no recommend anyone uses this outlet.
They know what’s going on, fully ignoring me and so it seems they just don’t want to give the refund.
In fact, they have left a message as a response to this here but won’t rely to any of my emails or website tickets raised.
Happy to be proven wrong but for now this is a untrustworthy situation.

AWFUL ……. i ordered a hoodie waited nearly a month ! messaged them several times over order 4th time got back to me told me they would send it out immediately the hoodie i wanted was out of stock so i wanted that an no other they sent me a totally different one and i am still waiting on my refund !!!!! I ordered their calf sleeves for an upcoming marathon this Sunday. It arrived quite late, the day before my departure, in the wrong colour, and the wrong SIZE. i can forgive the colour, however sizing... I can't even use them. I contacted Battlebox twice (once regarding the delivery as it was a day late despite 48h tracking), and then to request a refund given the incorrect order. Have not heard back of any of my enquiries. Do not Order!

My item did arrive but when I returned it/tracked etc, they did not process the return. I emailed them a few times and then they wanted proof of postage which was provided to them. They ignored me for another week so I confirmed proof of return again. My account online was then marked as refunded and what a surprise, no refund 5 days later. Avoid - a very dishonest company

Ordered over a month ago and still haven't received my order, tried contacting but no response and now the phone number isn't recognised. I just want a refund but can't seem to get in touch with the company.

Please can you help me. I ordered back in August. No item ever received. You told me you refunded me last month, still no money and now you have blocked me on Instagram. Please can you refund me for the item that never arrived. This is so unprofessional and I think this must be a scam site.

Scam. Waited a month for delivery, they’ve been constantly ignoring me. Then said they did a refund which they didn’t.
Got my refund through Revolut, thanks them.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered some MMA gloves which didn't arrive. I had to chase them several times to get them delivered & when they eventually arrived they were completely the wrong size and in poor condition. I returned them and have been requesting a refund for over a month.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Scam!!! I ordered 2 items from Battle Box.

Ordered on 20th AUG seller said they sent them on 29th AUG to this day 29th September I have not received anything from them. Battle box replied to 1 message and then ignored everything other message. Lucky I paid through clear pay as I have now got a refund. Do Not Order Anything from this website!!!!

What a load of jibberish!! That reply is from you battelbox uk. Contradict yourself much sorry for the lack of communication but also have no record of my order lol seems funny how every bad review you have no record. I'd hire a better customer relations person.

Another attempt to get this review taken down lucky I kept all the order receipts and emails. Battleboxuk does not want there true colours to be shown at all. Must be very frustrating for them. Waiting to see how they try and get this review taken down for a 4th time lol.

Trying to say it's a different company I'm on about now... no it's you guys so just a tip Instead of spending so much time trying to get this honest review taken down . Maybe when a customer orders a union snapback trucker cap and a workout union jack training top. Just send the order out..

I did reach out mate got all the screen shots from the messages I sent to you ..got 1 back from you nout else...you are very good at trying to get honest real reviews taken down by using words like fake...like I said good job I have all the evidence emails, order numbers, clear pay email confirmation, your email confirmation, that trust pilot has seen otherwise this review would of been taken down.

Hey everyone ! I think this company is a scam ! I had exactly the same experience with the people underneath. I bought an item for £23.95 order number 38669 on the 14/7. The order changed status shipped, but I never received anything. I have emailed them numerous times of which I got only one reply that they will look into it .... and that was it .... no reply no nothing. I will log it with scam websites and called the police as well. Be cautious

The above paid for but not received over 1 month later!

Ordered knee sleeves on 19th April with a Royal Mail 48 hour service. No tracking number provided. Tried to contact customer service via the website but got no reply. Eventually got an email on 26th April to say it has been shipped. Order didn't actually arrive until 7th May - no invoice, packaging damaged and it wasn't even the ones I ordered. Very poor service. I'll be applying for a refund and won't use this company again.
