Quality of goods and quick service. I needed two big batteries for my mobility scooter and battery masters UK were less expensive as many other companies for the same batteries elsewhere ranged in price from £25 to £70 more expensive depending on the company plus they charged shipping ontop of price....battery masters was free shipping I got mines within two days of ordering

The item sent was not the same as the one on the website. I ordered a charger with an led indicator, the one I was sent was the same ad I already had that was sent free with the batteries. I will be returning it an wanting my money back. Will not advise people to use this company.
