Epic Fail

I ordered a bath/shower combination tap.Paid next day delivery. Had a phone call, out of stock, Chose an alternative, and received the wrong tap. I had to E-mail a photo of what I received to confirm they sent the wrong one. Cancelled my order after eight days, couldn't wait any longer, my bathroom was in bits and i had guests due to arrive for the Easter weekend.Ended up with a mad dash to B & Q. Wish I'd done it in the first place.However, my many phone calls were dealt with sympathetically, but that was no recompense for the service I received. I do hope that my experience was an exception to the norm, but I will never buy from this site again

Fantastic service

Was contacted shortly after placing order both by phone and email to advise of out of stock. Offered two good alternatives but stuck with original order. They quickly sourced and delivered as promised. A real pleasure to deal with. Def recommend.

Simple value

Easy to use website, a great range of products and great prices. Overall a fantastic option if looking for anything 'bathroom'!

Disappointing

I paid for Saturday delivery costing £15 extra but when Saturday arrived only half of my order did. No acknowledgement for the inconvenience caused. Very disappointed with the customer service. When the product did finally arrive it was without washers so an additional trip to the local DIY store was needed before fitting the product.

New taps

Tap arrived today, so really fast delivery. They are excellent quality, and I have already fitted them which was really easy. Thank-you bathroom direct for great service.

Something for all

Great selection of products to suit all tastes and price ranges...
I will return when the wife gets her way for a new kitchen!!

Good quality range at Amazing prices

Was searching the Internet for prices on new materials for my personal house renovation. Found lots of products to choose from, brand names and very low competitive prices.
I will be making more purchases in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to friends/family
