Like many of the comments on here I wish I had read the reviews before buying. We received a faulty toy and no response to my emails requesting a refund or replacement. No instructions when the toy arrived either. You get a little note for saying thank you for shopping with a small business - in my experience small businesses sell better quality and have the decency of communication with their customers. Do not buy!

Terrible experience. Again, also wish i had read the reviews before purchasing. I saw this on Mrs Hinch's IG page and stupidly ordered 2, one for my son, the other was a gift for my nephew. Cheap and nasty items, clearly from China. The one for my son does not turn off unless the battery is removed. Pointless. Havent gifted my nephews yet and dont want to. Embarassing. I have emailed twice asking for a full refund with no reply and have only just seen the comments below. Makes me sick to think they can get away with it. Will be looking to take this further but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

So my experience has been pretty much the same as everyone else on here... Unlucky for them I am in the process of finding out exactly who they are so action can be taken against these cowboys!! Makes me sick that these A-holes can get away with what they are doing.

I like to write honest reviews and I hope you have taken the time to read the reviews before placing your order,
I ordered my sons bathly after seeing them pop up on Instagram he is autistic and loves sensory toys, it seemed to take forever to get here, I mean weeks infact I thought maybe I hadn’t placed the order at all..
Then they come on first look packaging etc cheap, how they could say these items are worth £36 for ufo and colour top reduced to £18 and £26 reduced to £13 for the extra colour is beyond me.. take a look on amazon and other places your be shocked to see how much cheaper they are from there, even wish do them £3.62 and £2.40 postage now ask yourself is this a luxury bath toy I think not... Wish I had looked before I jumped aboard and ordered,
My son used both his bathly toys the following day he went to put the yellow on the ufo and it turned itself on unattached to the base and not in any water we could not get it to turn off it went on for ages we took the batteries in replaced them and off it went all lights and singing. I took the batteries out left it over night replaced them today nothing put in a new lot again nothing the unit is completely died, my son wasn’t in the bath with the toys they was used as a sensory time out in a dark bathroom looking over the bath at them so there is no way it’s been miss treated or anything,
I contacted them on Instagram and was told to email customer service I don’t expect a reply surely as a team they would talk and deal with the issue though whatever area of contact. I am going though my PayPal and bathly don’t even come up so I can’t even contact PayPal,, is it on anyone else’s PayPal at all if so can someone comment please with the address, very disappointed not only for buyers but for the children, I hope bathly takes on board the reviews adjust price and gives a better quality of item if they don’t adjust price, or refund people for the faulty item your sending out.

Wish I'd read reviews first. Ordered April 24 still nothing and no response from company.

Horrific. Been over 24 working days since I placed my order and all I get is a generic reply saying they will contact the courier to find out where my order is. No phone number, no way to track it or speak to anyone! I only bought this as Mrs Hinch promoted it on her instagram page - ridiculous promotion for her to be promoting such a product with shocking customer service. No sign of the parcel! DO NOT USE!

Item never arrived, no response to emails and blocked me from commenting on social media. Utter scam, luckily I got my money back from my bank but this company are absolutely not to be trusted.

Not even worth one star. Faulty product and no intention to refund or exchange. Take your money and then never heard from again. 3 emails not responded to, comments deleted form their facebook post. I ordered 2, the red one never worked and the yellow one stopped working after 2 days. An absolute scam. Do not waste your money.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I ordered after “Mrs Hinch” bought one and put on her instagram story! 8 weeks ago!!!! Never received item, won’t refund me??? Don’t know what do!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Instagram & Facebook messages just say the same automated reply!! 15-20 emails. SCAM COMPANY!!!!

This company is now using another business name “yoobabies” (check both websites )to scam more people please everyone get on Facebook and write reviews I keep getting blocked Im Still waiting on refund after sending product to false business address provided.

Do not use this company! The product is cheap and awfully made, ours was faulty and has never even worked. I have tried contacting them via email, Facebook and Instagram to arrange a refund and nothing! It’s a sham!

Absolutely shocking item. Ordered at the beginning of June, received today. It’s cheap & nasty with wires exposed in base of toy. Not safe to give to my little boy. Not as advertised on the bathly social media posts, the appearance is completely different. Really disappointed & feel robbed!

Brought in may and I have only just receive the product. It is not worth the money paid, I feel robbed!

Trying to claim my money back from my bank. Ordered in May. Haven’t received nothing. Done a little research and it’s not even their own product! It’s a cheap Chinese toy.

The products do not work, and when you try and get a replacement or refund from the company they just fob you off and ignore you CONSTANTLY
I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a refund now after telling them the day it arrived that it was faulty, and is all I keep getting told is it will be processed shortly.
I have sent countless Instagram messages and emails, all with videos attached.
I have today had to dispute this through my bank.
Absolutely shocking customer service.
Avoid if you don’t want the hassle of trying to get your money back!

This company are appalling do not bother to buy from this company despite emails plus a video showing the bath toy does not work still no response they just are taking peoples money and there is no customer service it's a total scam very angry

Do not buy from this company. Customer service is crap they respond with I’ll email you. Absolutely crap item that arrive damaged. Not worth £18 at all. No refund no returns address provided. Overall useless company that just take your money and delete your comments.

No option to give 0 stars unfortunately, waste of £18 for a toy that doesn’t work. There is no contact number to contact them and they don’t respond to emails. Do not order from this company!!

Waited weeks for these to arrive and after one use in the bath it broke. Contacted company by email for response or replacement and no reply after weeks of trying to get in touch. Waste of money!

Non existant customer service. The product bathly store advertise isn't quiet what you receive. The product is a cheap Chinese plastic toy and no where near the quality advertised. Buy from Ebay or Amazon instead, its much cheaper for the same product!
