Bona took our ideas and turned them into our wonderful bathroom. We were not easy clients, we had already started the build, we’d chosen a vanity and quick decisions aren’t our strongest skill. She was patient, hugely talented and a first class, responsive communicator. It’s a shame I can’t add another star here.

Bathica provided me with a tailored approach to my very specific requirements. It offered a wide range of prodcuts, ideas, designs to find the perfect match. The service was also very available.

I used Bathica for two interior projects and couldn’t be happier with the results. Their attention to detail is unmatched - every part of the design felt carefully thought through and beautifully finished. Both projects turned out better than I imagined, and I’d happily work with them again.

Our bathroom is particularly small and despite this constraint Bathica have been able to create a design incorporating a bath and separate shower.

Boyana was very professional and helpful throughout. She went above and beyond during the initial design consultation and afterwards, including finding recommended builders. Although we did not use Bathica for our project due to unrelated reasons, I would recommend Bathica based on our experience.

I had my main bathroom re-designed with Bathica earlier this year and I’m so happy with how it turned out. The room originally felt cramped and I was unsure on where to start, so decided I needed someone to advise me on how to make the best use of the space. 



Boyana provided an amazing service; from the initial consultation, through the design iterations and all the way to the the order and delivery management. She responded quickly to any questions and was able to accommodate when unforeseen circumstances meant we had to move back the start date for the renovation.

She put in a lot of time and attention into the details and picked high quality items. Our builder even commented on how impressed he was with the quality of the tiles picked compared to other renovations he had done. The result was a beautiful bathroom design that completely transformed the space. It’s now become a room I enjoy being in.

Boyana designed a bathroom for us in a very awkward space that allowed us to have an amazing layout we would never have had the courage to tackle left to our own devices. She spent time to understand our personal style and the period and style of the whole house which resulted in a truly unique design we are still getting compliments on a year on.

The value of Boyana’s service has extended beyond the bathroom however, as she took time to discuss why certain elements we wanted would or wouldn’t work and presented us with alternatives we wouldn’t otherwise have considered. This has saved us from making design mistakes (and given us inspiration) in other rooms of our house as we continue to renovate.

When we (eventually) come to build a downstairs wet room, we will be sure to hire Boyana for the design.

We engaged Bathica to complete a full re-design and order/delivery service for a family bathroom and en-suite. We worked with Boyana who was professional, responsive and incredibly hardworking. From start to finish, she listened to our needs and wishes including in relation to budget where she was creative and resourceful to come up with great solutions.
