Hey Robert
Thanks for taking the time to give a review, much appreciated. Shipping is a HUGE issue right now with all services, some packages show up sooner than expected and others take way longer. I am glad to hear you like the bat, but honestly we have no control over shipping service companies once they pick it up. We will assist in anyway possible by contacting them for you so please shoot us a message or email next time so we can help.
Thank You for Supporting Our Business- Swing Away !

Customer service by the BatFlipShop is absolutely amazing!! I came upon this website by chance and I am so glad that I did. I had ordered 2 sets of catchers gear from 2 other websites, only to be sent an email 3 days later stating that the item I purchased was out of stock. When I came across BatFlipShop I noticed there was an option to send a chat message. It was almost 9pm at night, we were sitting at the ball field, and I had no idea that I would get an immediate response from an actual human that truly cared to help me find what I was looking for!! You have went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service, it is truly unmatched.

Great service even after the sale!
Great experience with these guys. Found the bat I wanted for my son at a great price. UPS had shipping delays and I got a text message from the owner Steven telling me he noticed on my tracking that my bat was stuck somewhere and said he would try to find out what is going on. Very rare to find service after the sale! Definitely will be buying from these guys again.
