I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a failed deposit transaction on your platform, Batery-bets.in. On 6th June 2025 at 10:21 PM, I deposited ₹7000 into my Batery account. Below are the details of the transaction and my account:

Date & Time of Transaction: 6th June 2025, 10:21 PM
Request IDs: 17084293 and 17166884
I immediately noticed that the deposited amount did not reflect in my account and submitted a support request on the same day (6th June). Since then, I have been following up consistently.
The only response I have received from your support team is that “to solve the problem with the payment in the amount of ₹7000, we sent a letter to the provider. Provider usually answers within 3 working days.” However, as of today, 15th June 2025, it has been 9 days since that message and there has been no resolution, update, or refund provided.
This delay in addressing a financial transaction is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request that you kindly take immediate action to:
Credit the ₹7000 to my Batery account, or
Refund the full amount to my original payment method, and
Provide a clear and timely update on the status of this issue.
If this matter is not resolved within the next 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate it to relevant financial authorities and consumer grievance forums for further action.
