Deposit not credited for almost a month now
Dear all ,
I’m here to share a genuine concern and opinion. No biases.
My Deposit has not been credited to my gaming account since 22 days!
I had Deposited 10000 on 3rd March.
Account ID: 58861825
Request ID: 15258048 (Closed), 15335711 (ongoing).
Administration takes ages to respond.
Worst service ever and not really helpful.
All required details were provided and still they are unable to provide a resolution.
The option to communicate with admin is limited and it’s really annoying.
I’m sick of the chatbot and if an Agent connects , same replies every time saying admin will respond to your request.
I’m sure someone will do the same for this also.
Following up ,
I had raised a service request with the bank and they cleared the amount stuck in servers on 21 March and it’s successfully credited to the operator/provider.
If the operator has not received the amount , I’d like to see their statement for the mentioned date. (Of course you people asked for my statement cuz I’m not trustworthy 😅)
The platform is not good in my opinion.
They keep higher leverage compared to other bookmakers. The markets are restricted and games/sports are very limited.
Withdrawals were late too but successful.
Sorry but I’m not suggesting this to anyone.

My Batery Bet Account 60940158 was…
My Batery Bet Account 60940158 was Blocked for No Reason. On Contacting Support through Request No 15331919 I was informed that according to Rule 3.5 Batery bet reserves rights to restrict a customer from placing bets any time. Secondly I had 64000 in my Batery bet account and after a month of conversation through requests I was allowed to withdraw my money but only Rs 1000 per day as per the limit set by Batery Team. Which means I'll receive my 64 Thousands in 64 days. In response Customer Support of Batery bet told me that we reserve the rights to maximise and minimise the payout without the consent of the players that to as per the rules which a player never reads. This is the position of this Application. This is pure harassment to a player. Worst application with the worstest customer support. Everything is Understood. But do you have a justification for why the payout limit has only been set to 1000 per day. This is pure harassment to the player nothing else. If you want to restrict me from playing, its ok. This your app , you can do whatever you want, but at least let me withdraw my money at once. This is really harassing as a player
