Went to Batch’d in York . Kinder bueno lattes were bitter , watery and couldn’t taste the kinder bueno . Service was very slow and the woman behind the counter was rude , making a sarcastic comment when I asked about something on the menu . A very poor experience overall

I first found Batch’d at their counter in Vosse Park, Leicester when on a work trip and every time I make the trip, I make sure to stop off and pick up a doughnut (or two). HOWEVER it’s a game changer to be able to order online. The Milkybar doughnut and the Bueno doughnut are MASSIVE (all the doughnuts are) and are so incredibly delicious.

Stop selling stale food. Donuts which have cream filling inside should be FRESH, daily. Purchased 3 different items in the Bull Ring. Had to bin all 3, hard, stale and didn’t taste right, you don’t expect to spend £17 for something made days ago. Absolute joke.

Amazing donuts and brownies. Had before a lot of different brownies but never tasted that good brownies like I had in Batch’d. Nice soft and falling apart. The best for breakfast with glass of milk

The milky way and Bueno cookie pie is to die for! I can't walk past Batch'd without buying one and the staff are always so nice and helpful, can not recommend enough x

I always pick up batchd in Leeds or manchester train stations. My favourite are the vegan donuts, always so fresh and full of soft cream! The staff are friendly and the service is 10/10.
